I tried using this with Network Privacy version Version 0.1.3.
Followed the steps and got a variety of different error messages. No RSS reading available. I am on a Macintosh 10.6.8 and tried with Safari, Firefox, Google Reader.

Perhaps the MODIFIED version of the plugin could be made available?
