I am trying the free version so far and in the map content section, I insert into content the following fields : Item Description and Item Url
The problem I have is that the link to the Item Url on the front end displays as “Read More” and I would like to translate it (to French in my case), but I can find where or how I can do that.

If you check, for instance, the feed for searchenginejournal.com, it ran 10 hours and 12 minutes ago, while the feed for socialmediatoday.com ran just 38 minutes ago.
When I check the RSS feed for searchenginejournal.com, there are new posts from the last few hours, but they haven’t been fetched by the site yet.
I’m not sure if this is relevant, but I’m using a Linux cron instead of the WordPress cron using wget command in each hour.
I don’t think this is causing the issue, as some feeds do run each hour. However, it appears that some feeds don’t run every hour as expected.

After today’s Feedzy update to v4.4.14 images in imported feeds to posts are now doubled.
Additional code with featured image link now is added to posts:

I’ve made a new setup in Feedzy with a API connection. Works perfect. The only strange thing is that imported posts are coming up as a page instead of a news feed post. Under map content the Post Type is post. Also it doesnt matter using any category or not. I cannot share a url cause the setup is on my local device with MAMP. Any idea how i can fix this?
WP version: 6.6.2

The feed url is valid.
But the feed is not working.
Even after deactivating almost all the plugins, the feed is not being imported.
Is it a cron problem?

]]>Feedzy has stopped working on my website. I have used it for more than a decade. It just leaves code where I had news stories. It has stopped working on my website. I’ve tried rolling back versions but that doesn’t work. When I activate it (it doesn’t work), it slows my website to a crawl. I have deactivated it so that my site doesn’t stop. But whatever has happened has badly, badly damaged my website.
Please help soonest because my news website depends on feedzy and right now it is a mess. I do 186,000 page views a week. And people expect to get that news
]]>Hi there, I would like to use the Google alert rss feeds in Feedzy, is this possible?
Example rss url given by Google Alert (articles for Caracals): https://www.google.com/alerts/feeds/02081917981147460823/4090529511711990704
This generates news items in my email alert however if I try it in Feedzy it gives nothing. This url does not ‘validate’ in the feed url tool. However, if I use it in another WP RSS feed plug-in (RSS Aggregator) it does work there.

We set up this feed-link using “RSS Control” and until recently all worked fine. But like 2 weeks ago it stopped working and now it only says “Feed has no items.” and doesnt fetch anything anymore. If i delete the “tag=partner” the feed works again, but is not filtered by tag anymore, of course. So here’s my question: Were there recent updates on Feedzy that now make it impossible to show this Feed correctly? I know that tag filtering is only available in the paid version of Feedzy but as i see it, that tag filter comes from RSS Control so should work anyway, dont it?

]]>The following url: https://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/rss/all.xml is a valid rss feed as per https://www.rssboard.org. However, when entered into Feedzy it returns the following error message: WP HTTP Error: Missing header/body separator. But when I enter the same url into my Opera browser it works perfectly. Upon investigation it appears that Opera has built in RSS functionality. So my question is, why does that feed url display perfectly in Opera but not in feedzy? Any help/ideas/suggestions will be most welcome.
]]>I have a page using the Feedzy RSS Feed widget, and for some reason when someone sets a feature image, feedzy is grabbing a 150×150 dimension of the photo. Even though the theme is set to large featured image, and item thumbnail dimensions are set to 330. I am not sure why feedzy is grabbing a smaller ratio than what the thumbnail is set. You will notice when no featured image is set, it grabs the next picture int he body, which shows up clearly. This means its only the featured images being blurred.

]]>I’m testing the free version. I run the import and set Post Date to [#item_date] – the posts are imported with the correct date from the original post, as a Draft.
I go to Posts > All Posts > Drafts > Quick Edit > and confirm the date is still from the original post. I change the Status to Published and the post date and time are changed to the current date and time.
Is there a way to retain the post’s original date and time when going from Draft to Published?

I have many users on my site. And I noticed that users with role author have access to Feedzy Import Posts feature. They can create and run new imports and can turn off imports that were created by administrator causing chaos on my site.
How can I deny authors any access to Feedzy plugin?
