This is the worst support system I have even seen Its been one month but support is hardly response to customers
I am using the premium version of this plugin and its been more than a month but till now my import is not completed. I am struggling with support but they are also not responding on time. Because of this plugin now it become waste of time and money for me. Again I am requesting please fix my import product correctly. Have a look at below screenshot
Hi,
I have migrated products from magento to woo-commerce and products are migrated but that is useless for me because your premium plugin does not maintain the the group products all groupeds of magento becaome orphaned on woo-commerce so please let me know how can I fix this also most of the products price is missing. Looking forward for your response.
Hey there!
We have found your plugin and so far it looks pretty amazing. Right now, we are trying to do a first initial import from our former magento system.
We are currently using free version of your plugin but plan on upgrading to premium version as soon as we can see all our products getting imported.
After starting import it got stuck over and over again and interrupts on every 20-40 products. We have finally increased all values at our target server to maximum (timeout, memory and so on). Despite this importer finally remains at 2.999 products (out of approx. 3.200) even after resume import multiple times.
Is there any limitation on importing products with free version? Is there any kind of logging to find out why we got stuck?
Any help would be appreciated!
Hi as you have suggested me that I have raised ticket on below support https://www.fredericgilles.net/support but they hardly respond until I post follow up 3 or 4 times even they do not put some effort to write that “we are looking into this issue”, below is the screenshot of of my opened ticket all are not responded even if its very urgent to me and I paid for the plugin.

Hi,
I’m thinking of installing the free / buying the premium version. I wonder if this plugin has this feature, so that I can manually select which products to import, instead of importing all items?
Hi, I have started testing with free version before I buy the Pro version. I have downloadable products with 3-4 custom attributes, is there a way to also import the download attachment and the custom attributes?
I have started testing with free version before I buy the Pro version. It looks very promising. I have products with attributes like color, size, brand etc. Is there a way to also import these?
Thanks,

Partway through importing my list of users, the script seems to fail with the message ‘undefined’ in the log. Where can I start with troubleshooting this issue?
Here are some of the settings for reference:
=== START test_database 2023-04-24 21:42:44 === [ERROR] Couldn’t connect to the Magento database. Please check your parameters. And be sure the WordPress server can access the Magento database. SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user [USERNAME]@[HOST] (using password: YES) Please read the FAQ for the solution. === END test_database 2023-04-24 21:42:44 ===
The databases for both Magento and WordPress are on the same server as the WooCommerce installation I am trying to import to. They both use the same database user and password, and the WordPress website is able to connect to the WP DB without issue. Is there something I could do to troubleshoot this?
I’ve set up a brand new test site with WordPress 5.9 and have done a trial import into WooCommerce from Magento 1.9.3.1
It imported the products OK. But it didn’t import any CMS pages. It should have imported 32 pages.
I can’t see any error messages in the import log.
Any suggestions on how to import these pages?
Regards
David
Test database ok, start end ok.
But import start doesn’t have end. Reload and resume also junk on start importing product categories…
I have some products with variables. You recommend to use the official woocommerce Product Options add-on plug-in or fredericgilles’s Product Options add-on. If I use other Product Options add-on plug-in, will the imported variables work?
Or I don’t use Product Options add-on, can these variables be imported and work properly?
hi
the migiration import all orders with the same order IDs?
(Premium version)
Hi,
I am ready to launch the new wordpress site, I have tried to do a migration to update any changes but although the plugin says that the migration has been done again the last changes are not showing. Doing another migration does nothing.
What can I do now? The website has a huge menu of product categories if I delete product data and re-migrate will by menu be wiped?
Is there anything else I can do
Cheers
Jen
Hi Fred.
Before buying the premium version of the magento importing plugin i tried to test it on a developing site.
I am sorry to say that it is just not working.
When imprting the products the process stopps with a 503 error after 2 or 3 products and you have to restart it again by hand. This is useless.
I did the settings on the server side as suggest and in fact more ram and a lot of time out, but still no way.
Maybe you have any idea, thank you in advance!

We’ve just purchased the premium version – how do we import only Magento customers (i.e. without orders / products etc from Magento)? It say this is a feature on your website, but there doesn’t seem to be an option?
Hello again,
Firstly, thank you guys, for making this plugin, once I worked out my database stuff, the plugin worked great!
However, one thing that didn’t import over were product images, I had the live site link in place too, so not sure why they didn’t import over, is there a way I can just import over the images without doing an entire product import again?
Additionally, with the paid version of this plugin, if I import past orders, and customers, do I need to do a full import again? Or is there a way to import those items specifically? -Because products and categories have already been imported over.
We bought the premium version and now it is just skipping products (and media). when importing.
This worked as expected with the free version. Orders and attributes are being imported with the pro version but products are skipped.
Magento version is 2.3.5
I have tried creating a ticket and an account on the support center, but it seems to not be sending emails so I can not follow up. (Yes, I have checked the spam folder)
Hello,
I’m trying to use your plugin but not matter what login creds I provide the plugin doesn’t connect to the db, I’ve been able to login with the same creds using MySQL Workbench, and connect to the db via ssh, but when I enter them into the plugin it doesn’t connect, I’ve also whitelisted my IP, and my server IP address, any info you could provide for troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi
I have a Magento 1.9.4 website which I’m seriously considering moving to Woocommerce. Will I have to edit each product after the data import and use some other plugin to implement my product ‘custom options’? All products are simple products…
Also, how do I implement the redirects as Woocommerce product URLs include the /product/ segment in their URL slugs so all my Magento product URLs will need to have 301 redirects?
Hello guys,
Im about to take this magento page over to a WP.
And i would run woocomerce on the new WP site.
The new site is in the building fase on a other host /server than the org-site.
I need to move all products over to the WP/woocommerce shop with all data and prices.
Will this plugin do it for me or?
Hi,
I want to migrate all the products from magento to wordpress.
The issue is that due to some security settings on the magento server I cant create a direct link. I created an sql file wich I imported on my server and tried it that way. This worked but it doesn’t import any products and only imports 11 articles.
I tried adding a prefix to the tables to make it easier to sepperate them from the wordpress tables but this didn’t help either.
Can anybody help me with this issue?

Hi there,
I’m rebuilding a client site in WP and we need to migrate all their products etc to the new website.
Does the magento and WP need to be on the same server for this plugin to work? Or can I pull the megento data out from the old site?
thanks
Karl
Hi There,
Ive recently purchased the premium version on the plugin and i was wondering where i can find additional information around the wp cron import for the magento data.
