Hi, i need to move from prestashop to wordpress on a same domain.

so, when i need prestashop website exist to move data to wordpress i can’t install wordpress on this domain. i decided to move to temperory domain and then when i delete prestashop on original domain then move my website with duplicator plugin.

Hi! A general question. During my last import the SEO setting “Redirect the Prestashop product URLs” was checked. What does this option do? How do I remove the redirections from WordPress if they are incorrect?

I used the free version just for testing before buying, but I encountered the following errors after import finished:

1 – PS def lang is set to FRA, WP (wpml) def lang is set to FRA, despite that it imports all catgogies/products associating them with the DEU lang

2 – it creates all categories under a parent category named “Accueil” that does not exist in PS

3 – most of the images have a black backgroude color, the originals have a white backgroude color

As I see in another thread, I need to wait until products stop increasing (How much time should I wait to know it?) and then restart the process, however, it stops many times.

I don’t think it will stop duplicating products.

Since I started to migrate content from PrestaShop to WP, the PS backoffice stop working.

Other thing I want comment you is that I want to upload prices of the products with taxes included. Right now in my PS shop (front-end) you see a product with taxes included. Then in the shopping cart you see the calculation, the original price (lower) and the IVA (21%).

How can I do that? I know there is an option in the plugin for that but I need to know how the prices are configured in the PS backoffice and I can’t access.

i have successfully completed an import from prestashop 1.6 to wordpress. Although the customers are successfully imported (I can see the users from the wp backend), I cannot login to wordpress using the prestashop users password. I have tried the procedure several times and got the same result.

How can I make sure that passwords are also imported?

I’m trying the free plugin before considering buying the premium one but the import process keeps stopping with the following error:

I tried media download with HTTP and FTP without success. Filesystem access doesn’t work. I set the timeout to a large value but the process stops before even reaching it.

I have no idea what could go wrong.

My website is hosted on a OVH shared hosting plan so I don’t think I can tweak the PHP config,

first of all thanks for the really useful plugin. If we can get it to work, it can really save us time. But there’s also the catch – we’re currently struggling with an error in the plugin that we haven’t been able to localize yet. The following error message appears during the import:

Hi! I tried your free plugin with my Prestashop site, and I am thinking about buying your premium plugin because I want to import also customers and orders too, but products in my Prestashop have two different VAT taxes 21% and 9%, and the free plugin imported all the products with standard VAT tax which is 21%. So is it possible to import products with two different VAT rates? Or maybe I am doing something wrong?

I migrated a client site from Prestashop to WordPress with products and categories from Woocommerce.

The problem is that when I try to display the name of the subcategories in the parent page with a dynamic “Text” module, some parent pages display the subcategories correctly but for others several are missing.
I specify that I did not make any modifications during the import on the categories / subcategories and that they have the same properties.

I don’t understand where the problem could come from, do you have any idea?
