J’ai utilisé le plugin pour importer une boutique Prestashop multilingue avec plus de 12’000 articles. Même si la configuration initiale n’était pas aisée et que j’avais des grosses complications techniques, j’ai pu bénéficier du support de l’équipe de développement et ils ont dépassé toutes mes attentes ! (j’ai la version payante)
Après avoir regardé ensemble par visio comment définir les bons réglages, qui m’ont permis de faire la migration en local, j’ai souvent eu recours à leurs services pour de petites demandes comme la migration a été répétée plusieurs fois (boutique de test puis boutique réelle). J’ai toujours re?u un retour rapide, complet, me proposant des solutions et cherchant réellement à m’aider.
Le plugin lui-même est déjà excellent, mais le support le rend indispensable pour migrer Prestashop vers WC, j’ai du mal à imaginer une meilleure alternative !

E’ bastato impiegare pochi minuti per installarlo e configurarlo, ed attendere il termine del procedimento, per ritrovarsi sulla nuova installazione woocommerce tutto ciò che aveva senso prelevare dal precedente sito Prestashop.

Плагин всего лишь не справился с базой MySQl на другом хостинге.
Решение описано на форуме:
Скачиваем дамп базы со старого хостинга,
Заводим базу на новом,
меняем в тексте файла название базы для нового хостинга
и загружаем на новый хостинг.
И на оттуда импортируем.
Все импортировалось в Woocommerce, но только категории съехали на уровень ниже. Но это все равно удобней, чем все переносить руками без плагина. Спасибо разработчикам.

Very happy to have found this plugin to take the pain out of migrating a site from Prestashop to WordPress.
Had a few technical issues configuring it, mainly due to hosting constraints or my own lack of technical knowledge with databases, but that’s where their excellent support saved the day. They were quick to reply and diagnose what the issues were and how to solve them.
The plugin worked perfectly with all product data, categories, images, customer data and orders (and more) successfully imported.
With these types of plugins you are always hoping to find one that works well, and is backed up by good support if you encounter any problems, and this is certainly one of them.
A great experience and well worth the money.

– Premium version updates only for 3 months
– I have 3 languages in prestashop, only imports 2 in WP
– Did’nt import brands images from Presta
Result:
I need to code specific features using API’S and DB’s when I paid for a plugin which I thought it did the job.
I bought premium versions and plugins for a total of 299$.
Instead of wining time, I’m loosing it.

I love this plugin. It saved my life ;o)
For a client I had to change an old prestashop 1.6 into a modern wordpress/woocommerce (wp5.8.1). This plugin made my life easy to get orders, clients, all the content, reviews in both languages I had. It’s super easy to make it work and is super efficient. I save so much time using it, totally worth the cost!
I bought the wpml plugin as I had a multilingual shop.
The support is super quick and really helpful. If I could add one more star I will do it.

The plugin, in it’s free version, is already quite good… But I needed something extra, and guess what? The premium version gave that extra that I needed, and the support was, really awesome (and believe me, I had one hell of a crappy situation on hands)… now I have the site running fully stacked…

Edited, since some points were raised due to my error, these ones are removed, my rating raised to 3 stars.
Got the premium version – not worth the price, because:
– You pay a premium (over a hundred eur with vat) for 3 months of updates
– pretty poor integration with WPML and multiple languages (both ways, WC and Prestashop), ie importing categories as main for the language that is not enabled in prestashop nor is enabled on WP site.
– lacks plenty of basic settings when importing products (ie where should description go, short or full desc field)
– I could not for the sake of my life get images to import, via URL or FTP, plugin did not seem to catch proper directory of the images (would miss out on the last directory before the direct image file)
– does not seem to play well with sale prices from prestashop when trying to import prices with taxes (tried several and various combinations of settings)
– So you pay over a hundred euros for the plugin and you have to drop another 40+ for wpml addon, which, for the price of the plugin, should really be included in the base price (like most of their addons), and as mentioned above, even that one works poorly.
– I don’t care for UI as long as things are clear and work, but again, for the price, UI needs so much work and refresh.
I expected it would be a breeze to set up the plugin, maybe some minor issues, but honestly, I am debating whether I would spend more just messing with database exports and doing the same with WP All Import with mapping certain things, even if that would be limited but at least it would work.
If the free version does the job, that’s great, but if you are considering a paid version, well, consider carefully.
