I tried to download a folder of images but an error continuously popped up and said there was a backend error. After that directories no longer load.
]]>The FileOrganizer Plugin 1.07 was installed during a Softaculous auto-install.
I used the dashboard icon to launch the ‘browse’ window, which displayed OK, but any attempt to explore/expand folder trees resulted in a pop-up error dialogue box:
ERROR: Unable to connect to backend.
HTTP error 406
I flushed cache, re-saved permalinks – but nothing worked.
This was a brand new fresh install of WP 6.5.3, is the plugin compatible?
]]>freezes and doesn’t work
]]>When my WordPress website was first configured, the configuration option Settings / Media / “Organize my uploads into month and year-based folders” was not checked. It is checked now.
There are many files in the root of the wp-content/uploads directory. Can this WordPress Plugin move the already uploaded files located in the root of wp-content/uploads into directories on disk by month and year or even just other directories on disk and update the WordPress Media Library so that links to those files aren’t broken?
If so, can the Plugin be de-activated after the files have been moved without causing problems with accessing the files via the website’s pages?
When trying to change directories I keep getting sent back to root. I’ve tested it with another plugin too (WP File Manager) and it does the same thing.
