Hello

I installed Five star rating plugin and inserted a shortcode in a post working as expected, but when I use do_shortcode(‘[rating stars=”5.0″]’) in a function, it shows 0.0 out of 5.0 stars0.0 instead of five stars.

What is wrong?

Hi, I’m trying to add a shortcode into a new blog post and it doesn’t work.

[rating stars="4.0"]

It works on all other blog posts, for whatever reason, on new posts I don’t get stars. I get:

4.0 out of 5.0 stars

Hi, I am getting a fatal error, when visiting the nav menu on a client site.
i.e. /wp-admin/nav-menus.php

Disabled all plugins, except five-star, default theme etc.

If the plugin doesn’t work or you suspect it conflicts with another plugin or theme, please try the following before asking for support:

1. Deactivate all plugins and switch to an unaltered default WordPress theme like Twenty-Twenty.
2. If the issue occurs, this means our plugin is not causing the unexpected behavior. If the issue does not occur, continue to the next step.
3. Activate only Five-Star Ratings Shortcode.
4. If the issue occurs, the issue is caused by our plugin. If not, continue.
5. Activate one of the previously active plugins. If the issue occurs, Five-Star Ratings Shortcode conflicts with the plugin you just activated. If not, repeat the steps to activate the next inactive plugin until are plugins are active and then continue.
6. If the issue occurs, Five-Star Ratings Shortcode conflicts with your preferred theme. If not and you have a child theme, repeat the steps to enable and test the child theme.

I install this plugin for my affiliate website. This is a great plugin but I feel the problem with the Yoast SEO plugin. The SEO plugin stopped working when I activate this plugin. Please solve this problem asap. if solved, please inform me on [email protected]
