Hello, I am using wordpress and woocommerce in Czech language. I managed to translate most parts of the plugin via Loco translate, but on a product page there is “Gift Card Amount”, which I am unable to translate. Can you help me with this, please?

The customer can redeem the generated vouchers, but the shipping costs are not covered by the voucher and must be paid separately.

We unfortunaltely have the issue that we cannot asign the procut as a PDF Coucher as shown on your screenshots. The tick-Box is missing altough we enabled the Voucher option in Woocommerce (see Screenshot).
Maybe you guys can help us out or let us know what we are doing wrong.

We have encountered a new problem we haven’t had with this plugin before. PDF coupons sent by email don’t show the price stated in the coupon including VAT as they did before. However, when we apply the coupon code to the order the discount is correct and includes VAT. Could you please help with this issue as customers find it confusing as they pay for example 40 eur for the coupon, but the sum stated on the coupon is 33.33 eur.

Thank you for the plugin, it looks very good and is a almost perfect fit for our business, but there is one issue.

I have set in WooCommerce, that I will input all product prices with out VAT, this also includes Coupon values.

Then, if I want to sell Coupon for 30 EUR with VAT included, I’m setting coupon product price at 24.79 EUR and system automatically ads 21%VAT at the final price for customer.

When customer purchases this 30 EUR (w/ VAT) coupon, system automatically generates a coupon code with value 30 eur, but this is not correct, because customer is getting 30 EUR + 21% VAT value when shopping with this code. The system should have created a coupon code with value 24.79.

How can I fix this?

I have created several products, each with diffrent price. Coupons are generated automatically after the payment is done.
When the product is discounted (in ex. instead of regular price =100 EUR, it costs 99 EUR). Plugin generates coupon worth the discount price (99 EUR) instead of regular price (100 EUR). Is there a way to change it ?

Each wordpress email class (inheritting WC_Email) has a public function trigger($args) that triggers sendinng the email for woocommerce.

Is it possible to implement this function? Mostly I’m interested in previewing the email with this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woo-preview-emails/ which uses the standard behavior to preview emails.

When I buy coupons with quantity > 1, it doesn’t generate multiple coupons, but it combines it’s value.

If a customer wants to buy multiple coupons (e.g. for multiple people), they need to create a separate order and it’s confusing.

When you buy a coupon for amount X and apply a 100% discount coupon to the same order, the newly generated coupon has 0 value (the calculated price for the coupon is wrong).

The reason is we use a very special format which is foldable to a card. So we need to use some special options like rotating text and splitting page into 4 sections.

I guess, this is best manageable when we have an option to buy your plugin (which sounds very nice) and integrate our own pdf template.

Can you please tell me few words about that? Which language are you using for PDF template creation?

I have two currency – czk and eur.

When you buy coupon for 500 czk, coupon should have value 31 eur. Product cost 31 eur, but coupon value is 31 CZK.

Seems coupon value working only with default Woocommerce currency. So if i add to cart coupon with value 500 CZK and in checkout switch language (price of products are correctly counted to eur) everything is paid in eur, but coupon value is changed from 500 CZK to 31 CZK instead to 31 EUR. Result is user paid 31 EUR and got 31 CZK coupon.
