Past 8-9 months this plugin(flexible product fields) was working fine and now off a sudden it has created issue in the website with this pop up. and has disabled all the options with my products.

I need help with the Flexible Product Fields plugin.
I am testing the pro version and when I configure the radio option with images, the product image changes to the chosen radio image. is it possible to change this operation? I am using own wordpress theme, woocommerce and elementor.

I’ve read about several users having a similar issue, and it was recommended to disable Ajax for adding products to the cart, as it might cause problems with the plugin. I need the fields the user fills out on the product page to be visible in the cart and in the order details, as I’m using them to personalize the final product.

After the customer fills in the fields and adds the product to the cart, the product page loads again with all the details he filled in earlier. How do I redirect the customer to the new product page instead (in case he wants to order the same product again with different details)?

I have a few plugins set up for a custom order form and am trying to change the order they appear in on the product page. If i select for a fields group to appear “before add to cart button” It places the flexible product fields at the top of the cart, but I need them to appear below the form parts produced by a different plugin. I don’t need code, I have that…I just don’t know what the hook is to use to set the priority.

This is the snippet I have (set up for a different plugin currently)….I just need to know what hook would replace the dndmfu hook

For example, to display an array of all WooCommerce product fields, we do it like this:

And array variants:
print_r($product->get_variation_prices());

Hello the Word “(Optional)” is added to fields. Even if they are set to be *required. How can this be removed? Many thanks.

Is it possible with the PRO version to have a select field (dropdown) option change the Product Image?

Example: User selects from drop down Option 1, the Woocommerce product image shows image for Option 1. User selects Option 2, the Woocommerce product image shows image for Option 2, etc. This is similar to a variable product.

I see that I can include an image for a radio button, and each option shows a thumbnail. But the thumbnail is too small, so this will not work.

I am trying to get a better success rate of people providing specific info in a textarea given the placeholder disappears once they start typing. Unfortunately, the Tooltop does not appear to work at all on mobile – can’t tap on it or interact at all.

Is it possible to make the Tooltip mobile friendly?

We are using the multiple checkbox selection on this product which generally works well. Occasionally the customers choices aren’t shown in the order email or the backend and we can’t figure out why.

Hello, My own store is building right now by external company, its not ready yet. I will sell personalize jewelry or keychains. I prepared screen which I want to look. I need pictures as variants of color, some checkboxes (3 in one line) and field for text. Is this plugin be good for me?

It will give me option to modify position of checkboxes on pagev(To be 3 in one line, one to next one)? Or when someone click YES on one checkbox and second field appear, if will be NO to field be grey out and connot write.

It is possible to achive?

I’m also interested in the fact that on the cart and checkout page there is a summary with the basic price + the option price separated. So that the total separates the two prices.

Hi, I like this plugin, but I am now building pages with the product categories, and I noticed that the product field is not showing up. I see it works fine on the product pages singularly, but now that I am listing the products by category with an add-to-cart button for easy shopping, the option is not showing up. Is that something this plugin can do or not really. You can see an example of what I am talking about from the link above (it’s at the bottom of the page).

Hi: Is there a way to add a flexible field to woocommerce analytics order reports. I have created a flexible field (add a bus service) as an option when making a reservation and would like to see that in order reports when using Analytics. Can I do it?

I just received an order for this product, but the order lacked of information Required to make the purchase.
When I attempted to make a test order, I correctly received a prompt to fill in the Required Fields before adding it to the cart.

This inconsistency makes me have concerns about the functionality of the plugin and the potential impact on my service.

I have test your Flexible Product Fields for WooCommerce 2.3.13 with other templates (we are using BeTheme)

When we selelected a required field don’t show any warning message.

How can stop (prevent) add to cart if required is not filled?

We use:

Only problem is that the field are showing next to the add to cart button instead of before or after. So the Add to Cart button and quantity displays funny. There are no further custom CSS set. How can i solve this problem?

I attempted to use the Flexible Product Fields plugin with the Kadence theme but encountered an issue. The objective was to allow users to select whether they wanted bags. However, when the option was selected, it did not reflect in the backend. Despite several hours of troubleshooting, the issue remained unresolved.

I have copied button-save.php to MYTHEME/flexible-product-fields/config/button-save.php but the original template is being used.

If you click on one of the courses and choose the fields name, email, and date then click checkout. The product fields are now showing the value on the front end instead of the label. This issue is recent as it was working previously.

For example, the value in the checkout will say date1 instead of August 25, 2023
