I am using the free version of the plugin for dhl, i enabled the test mode and after communicating with the company they told me to send them the tracking numbers for the shippment that i created through create shipment API. How can i set/find these numbers?

Hello, I’ve installed plugin DHL Express Live Rates

And tested rates prices, for example DHL site generated price $149 but plugin DHL Express Live Rates generated $211

I’ve speak with DHL support, and they told me, that everything is ok with API from their side, and suggest me to contact to developers DHL Express Live Rates plugin

Could you please help me with this issue ? I need to understand how to fix this issue, when the same dimensions, address, zip code, country generated different prices on plugin DHL Express Live Rates side and on DHL calculator. We can not go live with this bug, prices should be the same

I contacted DHL Italy to get our Site ID to configure the plugin but they told us that this plugin cannot work because it uses XMLPI which is an obsolete version of the DHL API that has now been discontinued.

Do you plan to update the plugin?

Is the Premium version also obsolete?

Hello, after giving up last week’s attempt with the official DHL plugin, I decided to give this one a try. I installed the plugin, but when I would like to add it with the shipping method, it does not appear in the dropdown menu.

Hello I have a problem with my WooCommerce page.

But for some reason, when I tested it live, it writes an unrealistically high price for shipping (about: €9,469 for an 1kg heavy package).

I already tried to change my item weight kg to g, but it didn’t helped. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

We have developed out ecommerce website which is https://icconinternational.com/ we want to use DHL live express rates. We have used the API key. But in the website we are not getting the updated shipping rates. we have connected support on https://xmlportal.dhl.com and they have asked for request and response body so that they can debug.

How can we get the request and response body from the plugin?

We have the PRO version of this plugin. I have attempted to add the ‘DHL Express Live Rates’ shipping method within specific shipping zones, rather than offering DHL rates globally. Unfortunately, doing this does not appear to be working. Live rates are only showing in the global option, not in the “Standard shipping methods” option

Currently testing out the free version of DHL Express Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates that we are currently integrating on our WordPress website to calculate our global international shipping rates.

We have noticed that the shipping rates generated by the plugin is unreliable, Additionally, the shipment type is set to “document” by default, although we always ship as a package. Not sure where to change this setting within the DHL Live Rate plugin settings. The DHL XML support instructed us to amend it on Woocommerce system the service  should be WPX – Express Worldwide Non Doc.

Hi. I see that your plugin offers live rates of DHL. Since the Woocommerce Shipping & Tax plugin provides label printing for DHL orders, does your plugin integrate with Woocommerce Shipping & Tax so that we can print the shipping labels from our orders?

I installed the plugin and configured it, but it is not displayed in the delivery methods on the checkout and in the delivery zones in the woocommerce settings

Most of all table rate shipping plugins can handle our needs. But what about yours? We checked the guidelines but do not find detailed information about our case.

2. I see you talk always about this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/flexible-shipping-dhl-express/ But is that working for normal DHL without Express for germany?
3. Product from product category ABC post up to 100 pieces 5€ and is DHL. But up from 100 pieces we need to switch to shipping by freight-forwarding company and it will cost 100€. If user order 200 pieces its still freight-forwarding company and it will cost 200€
4. Product from product category XYZ post up to 10kg 50€ and is DHL. But up from 10kg we need to switch to shipping by freight-forwarding company and it will cost 160€. If user order 200 pieces its still freight-forwarding company and it will cost 250€

We can handle this with your plugin? I dont find information about that complex situation. Other plugins can do that. What about your plugin?

We receive in the XML answer a list of service codes that are not available in your list, so the calculation uses only the fallback value.

Here some examples:

• C – MEDICAL EXPRESS EU
• N – EXPRESS DOMESTIC
• 7 – EXPRESS EASY DOC

I already saw similar question in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/national-shipping/ , but I found no way to ADD custom codes, only to reorganize/enable the existing ones…

I get it, this plugin will provide live rates and I opened an account with DHL so I can use it (still setting up). How are shipping labels purchased? Do I need to transcribe customer data into the DHL site and buy them there?

Hi, i have a critical error at checkout when i check the debug mode else if i uncheck the debug mode the checkout page freeze. i have the latest version of wordpress/woocommerce . i also use the latest update of the plugin. I disabled all the other plugins to test it but the problem remains… I checked a similar plugin and works fine but i want to stay with yours. hope to find a solution soon…

Hi! I’m developing a website that will selll in EUR, but my client’s DHL Express account is configured to use HUF. This throws an error while calculating the shipping.
Is there some sort of hook/filter that I could use to convert the prices to HUF before querying the API? And also a hook to convert it back to EUR when it is sent back to woocommerce?
Or could this be done with the PRO plugin somehow?
