Hi,
I’m getting the “250002: Invalid Authentication Information” when trying to connect the plugin to UPS. Cleared cache, double checked the creds, tried incognito window, checked that I’m running the latest version of the plugin. It connects when using Legacy API type. Give the same error when trying REST API in either mode. When I click on the connect button and log into UPS it redirect me back to the Woo settings page with no changes to the Connect button and no error messages. What’s my next step?
Thanks,
Joanna
]]>It seems that the rates given do not distinguish between Commerical and Residential. It is defaulting closer to the Commerical rate for Residential orders, which is causing a constant shortfall in our orders costing us money. Can you help?
]]>Hi. I am currently having trouble on my website’s checkout process. I am using both UPS and USPS live rate plugins. Whenever I go to checkout, I can enter in the shipping information, but the shipping rates do not show up. However, when I refresh the page and re-enter the shipping information, the rates appear.
Additionally, my shipping rates sometime get stock on the UPS 2nd Day Air Option and will not let you change it.
Any idea as to what may be causing this and how I can fix it, so potential customers do not bounce from my site?
]]>Hi so the shiping rates are not showing on my webpage, enabled debug mode and says that: 111057: Invalid Unit of Measurement for the given country.
However i′m using inches/lbs for US shipping.
Hello, I have set the negotiated rates on the plugin but the rates shown by the plugin are REALLY far from the reality.
Have tried with Customer Counter?or?One Time Pickup, same WRONG result.

Any idea on how to correct this?
Thank you.
We just got notified by our UPS account manager that all the API connections are upgrading to OAuth 2.0. When I went to upgrade our app/credentials with UPS I found an FAQ that stated to check with any 3rd Party vendors to ensure they are updated to 2.0.
https://developer.ups.com/oauth-developer-guide
Are you guys updating/updated to OAuth 2 for UPS? Is there anything more I need to do on our end to ensure this upgrade gets accomplished? Everything I found on my side of our UPS account was just for OAuth, no 2.0 or anything else.
Let me know. Thank you in advance!
]]>Hello,
Is this plugin PHP 8.3 Compatible
Thank you!
]]>I’m currently using version 2.2.17 of the UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO plugin, and it’s reporting the error: “250002: Invalid Authentication Information.” I noticed that someone else has recently posted about experiencing the same issue.
I revoked and attempted to re-authorize, but that failed. For now, I’m able to use the “API Access Key” to retrieve rates, but I would like to get this authentication problem resolved.
Additionally, could we implement a feature in the plugin that performs a regular authentication check? If authentication fails, it would be very useful if the plugin could send an email notification alerting us to the issue. This proactive approach would help us catch the problem before customers are affected by shipping errors.
]]>Hello
I keep getting the “250002: Invalid Authentication Information” error in the plugin settings. I revoked the authorization and authorized it again and it gives the “ok” status, but every 3-4 days it breaks again and causes breaking the checkout page and the shipping section.
I noticed that other users had the same issue threads open, but couldn’t post there since there were marked as closed or resolved.
Context:
API Type? OAuth – REST API?
Any help is appreciated.
Regards
Hello, your plugin seems to be not compatible with Price Based on Country for WooCommerce.
Can you please check this out? The website is not showing live rates when Price Based on Country is enabled.
Thank you.
]]>Would be nice to have an email alert when the UPS API plugin is not connected. This will alert store owners from shipping issues and don’t loose orders.
Thank you.
]]>Hi,
Im having problems authorizing the plugin using OAuth – Rest API type. The UPS page to login opens but its not redirecting back to my wordpress website meaning its not completing the process.
After I login it just sends me to a create a shipment page in UPS.
Can you help

]]>Hi, does this plugin support DDP shipping?
We would like to ship DDP to wherever UPS offers it, and ship without duties included to other countries.
]]>I am reaching out for assistance with integrating UPS shipping into my WooCommerce website. I have followed the necessary steps to set up the UPS Shipping Method plugin, including creating an application through the UPS Developer Kit and obtaining the required API keys.
While the authentication status appears to be correct, I am currently encountering an issue where the shipping rates are not being displayed on the cart page of my website. Instead, I am seeing an empty shipping rates list.
Hi team, we use UPS live rates FREE plugin. We wanted to change API Type from Access Key – XML API to OAuth – REST API but we get error 250002: Invalid Authentication Information. With Access Key – XML API, API Status is OK and shipping rates are available in the store. We use WC 9.3.2, WordPress version 6.6.2 and PHP 8.2.18. Store is hosted on Blue Host. I read all similar thread but issue still persist. Please advise. Thanks!
]]>Hello, I have installed this plugin and have some clients that selected UPS. I have checked the orders and see the shipping cost.
My question is, this plugin creates the shipping in UPS or it just calculates the cost? If I just use this plugin I need to manually create the shipping in the UPS website?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
I have also been experiencing the “250002: Invalid Authentication Information” error. I read the previous support topics and created a new UPS 0auth account, but we are still getting the issues. We have had multiple calls with the UPS developers tech support line and they said everything is fine from their end and that we should reach back out to the plugin developers. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
]]>The plugin disconnected from UPS on it’s own over a week ago.
Tried to revoke and reauthorize. It brings me to UPS, I check the box and log in, redirects back to ClassicPress login page, log in and button still says authorize with 250002: Invalid Authentication Information.
]]>Nice plugin. We like it and have a couple questions.
(1) Will this plugin allow to exclude products based on product tags?
(2) Can the rates returned with this plugin be added to rates already calculated with another plugin (it uses table rates, not real-time)?
If you can send us a code sample to add to functions.php, that’d be great!
Hello, I currently have 3 shipping zones:
I sell five products, one only to Spain and EU and the others to all shipping zones… How can I restrict the shipping methods if the product that is sold only to Spain or EU is in the cart?
Any ideas? I thought to restrict using shipping classes but I can’t find any config on the UPS live rates plugin or methods.
Thank you.
]]>I have installed the UPS live rates plugin. Have connected the account and it’s status is showing OK. I have added the UPS zones and added the UPS Live Rates there. But still this notification is showing there: “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” and no shipping fee is added.
]]>I’m using a plugin(https://prnt.sc/tadFf5xox0HW) to display UPS live shipping rates on my site, but it hasn’t been working properly. I’ve tried reconnecting the account, and the API status is showing as “OK” (https://prnt.sc/sBbDifFcvc9I), but the shipping rates are still not appearing on the checkout page (https://prnt.sc/8exEIln7gl4Z).
Can you please help me understand the issue and assist in resolving it?
Thank you.
]]>I am having the same issue as another individual reported here.
With no UPS rates being returned, I found under UPS Live Rates > API Connection Status, the error: “250002: Invalid Authentication Information”.
I did a Revoke, Save Changes and then Authorize, but I was not able to resolve the error.
As a temporary measure, I changed the API type from OAuth – Rest API to API Access Key – XML API. Although it’s not officially supported any longer, it is reporting back rates.
I am using version 2.3.7.
]]>Hello,
I didn’t notice this issue before, but I am getting this error and I don’t see a resolve on another thread.
250002: Invalid Authentication Information
Thank you!
]]>I have followed this steps.
Dear Friends. Updating your plugin today caused a fatal error on my site. I have managed to solve it by deactivating all the plugins from the DBs and activating them one by one from the WordPress Dashboard. When activating yours, a window appears telling me that it cannot activate the plugin by causing a fatal error. I am waiting for a response, sincerely:
