I’ve been using this UPS Shipping plugin for some weeks now, and I found it easy to set up. I already had a UPS business account witch made this option seamless. I like that I can choose what shipping service or multiple services and they show up for my customers. Great Plugin!

Works well, had an occassional blip where it refuses to connect via API and you have to enter the same credentials again at which point it works. There are however fallback rates that can be set to cover you in such a situation. An email notification that there is a problem connecting via API would however be a good addition.

This is unacceptable. As a paying customer, the product should update automatically. It is concerning that after paying for a subscription, the plugin still asks for renewal. Customer service needs to improve by providing actual solutions instead of automated responses. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received a response regarding my subscription renewal issue.

The plugin installation was easier than Octolize’s FedEx plugin, however, once again there is no Save Changes button on the settings page. So I can’t update from KG/CM to LBS/IN anywhere on the settings page. The plugin has a conflict with the Table rate shipping for WooCommerce plugin, and therefore, shouldn’t be installed with the Table rate plugin activated.

so I decided to buy this plugin when the one made by ups wouldn’t work and there support was rubbish. I bought this one with the label print plugin but asked for a refund of the ￡99 as the ￡69 would do what I wanted I’m still waiting for the refund as I bought the ￡69 one but the UPS App itself is decent does what I need it to.
