With this plugin activated, the paragraphs on the page all have a text-align setting set to center, and a padding-bottom set to 1em. This is getting detected “inline” by Firefox, so isn’t able to be set differently from within the theme itself through any “user friendly” styling options.

Is there a way to stop injecting this? I don’t want to have to add extra CSS just to prevent this behaviour.

Same thing occurs irrespective if I choose CSS or jQuery integration mode.

The new plugin version 2.7 offers better compatibility with different themes. In the plugin settings you can now change the integration method. Besides the default CSS setting, you can switch to jQuery if the modal does not open in the theme you are using.

Clicking in the contact icon brings me to the bottom of the page. Not opening the contact from pop up. I’m using wp-forms and even I tried with contact form 7 also.

On my local host both were working fine. Please let me know the issue and help me to fix this.

Hi, I really like your plugin, perfect for me. Only one thing bothers me.

When I click on the icon, the #fcb-modal tag appears in the browser bar. I don’t like it, it’s not very aesthetic. I would like to change this to something unique that fits my site. Is this possible?

I tried in Notepadplusplus to change the fcb-modal tag to ‘terminal’ for example in the whole plugin, but I lost the styles, it looked very bad.

Jedoch das Theme McLuhan ?zuckt“ nur kurz beim Klicken auf den Kontakt-Button. Aber kein Formular erscheint?

Liegt es am Plugin oder am Theme? Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hello, i got a problem, when i turn on the floating button, the
/wp-content/plugins/assets/css/style.min.css?ver=5.7
is missing, tells me the developer tool. but anyway i have no folder like that in plugins.
when i switch off your plugin, all is fine.
could it be that in floating-contact.php, this part is wrong?

Hi Floating Contact Plugin Developer,
I’m currently using your plugin on my site. It’s really useful and I LOVE IT so much.

The reasons I like it because
– Super Lightweight (PageSpeed)
– Simplicity

However, I would like to give you some improvement tips to the plugin. (as you open for feedback and I need the improvement too)[plus I’m lazy to code my self too]

– Currently the plugin allowed us to place contact form shortcode. But unfortunetely, it might open up for spammers to spam over the site and submit contact form. The submit forms code and scripts are also runs everywhere even when we didn’t open the chat box.

To prevent it, I suggest you to use add new function like iframe (lazy-loaded) or embed code instead of just shortcode. It can improve the page speed and also able to reduce spam. since the form scripts doesn’t load if we don’t open the chat. (lazyload)

ich würde mir für den Contact Button ein zeitverz?gertes Einblenden wünschen.
Also etwa so, Kunde ruft meine Website auf und schaut sich etwas um. Nach z.B. 5 Sekunden
(m?glichst frei einstellbar) poppt der Button auf.

So eine Funktion gibt es bei Popup Plugins.

W?re toll wenn es dafür eine L?sung g?be.

I am currently using FCB together with Google Recaptcha.
The recaptcha badge and the FCB are now rendering on top of each other.
There is the ability to add CSS to grecaptcha to change the position, but there are challenges in this and it ends up with the grecaptcha bag being displayed higher up the page than FCB although it is less important (to the user).

Is there the ability to control the position of FCB directly or via CSS?
Something like

would be really helpful.

This plugin works great, but I’m unable to customize the color of the button. No matter what I input, it’s defaulting to the red color. Can this be controlled somewhere else?

I used HappyForms to create a simple feedback form, with options of

very good, good, ok, poor and very poor

I also added a text field and another to add an email address. When I click on the floating contact button widget, the feedback form displays ok on a large monitor but on a laptop screen the bottom of the form is not visible and cannot easily be interacted with and it’s not possible to resize it or drag it further up so it can be visible. Shame, as this would have been perfect for my needs.

Screen resolution on the laptop is 1366 x 768

Is there a way to remove google fonts? So that the plugin assets can be loaded by China users.
