How can I change to contact status from pending to subscribed in an automation?
I want to handle this myself in an automation for specific lead magnet offers. I hope it’s possible… ?

a lot of users asking about max. emails per minute option and max. connections per minute option.
Without this option mail server will block sending the campaign after reached the limit.
We can see a lot of users asking for it and stuck in that issue. Years later we are here and still have the same issue.
Why your plugin still can not handle email industrie basics please like all other smtp plugins and wordpress newsletter plugins?
Also the paid version can not handle this basic topic of email server / email sending process.

Translations are disable in FluentCRM translation files with loco translate plugin.
1��Translation files are implemented when FluentCRM is disable.

Of course I’m not using any caching plugins.

I have configured fluent crm and wp fusion.
and it happens that I have configured so that when they finish a course in learndash a tag is applied to them.
Now, the user “x” finishes the course, I go to see their profile and it does not appear that they have the tag.
Now if I press the “resync tag” button and restart the page, the tag appears.
How could I make this happen automatically? Or what is happening that does not happen automatically?
Is there a time it takes to resync the user’s tags?
Since the idea is that after they finish the course, they remain with this tag so that they do not lose access and can access new material.
What could be failing or how could I configure it so that the tags are automatically synchronized after the actions?
I have an Elementor form that has two fields.
Name and phone number.
I added FluentCRM as an “action after submit”.
I have mapped the fields (Name and Phone), and selected list and tag.
The submissions are not being collected to fluent CRM at all.
When I add an email field to the same form then everything works fine.
Same with only name a email form (works).
For a form that has only a name and a phone field – there is no contact collection.
Is that a normal bottleneck of the plugin or should it work and it just a bug on my end?

Recently I installed FluentCRM to send campaign emails and I found that the hyperlinks that I added to the email, such as button or text that with links, works perfectly when it��s sent as ��test email��, however, when the campaign email is sent formally to my subscribers, I found that hyperlinks are altered to my main domain with parameters added by FluentCRM.
For example, I have 2 buttons in this email.
1. the first one is the linkage to my Discord group
2. the second one is the linkage to my another site, which is a subdomain like sub.MyDomain.com
When I sent the test email, I can see the links are correct and I can click them to reach the DC group and the subdomain site.
When I sent it formally, the linkages are altered to:
1. https:// domain .com/?ns_url=256a&mid=173235&fch=dcdb34b2 for the 1st button
2. https://domain .com/?ns_url=256a&mid=173235&fch=dcdb34b2 for the 2nd button
i used a FREE version
the problem comming from when the user press on the url domain .com/??ns_url=256a&mid=173235&fch=dcdb34b2
Not redirect the user to the Correct URL that must redirect to it and go to the homepage

]]>We’re stuck trying to send an Email Campaign. From the ‘Subject & Settings’ tab, the ‘Continue to Next Step [Recipients]’ button does not move us to the next step ‘Recipients’ it just spins, stops, then does nothing. We’re unable to send an Email Campaign.
We’ve deactivated all other plugins, switched themes, cleared caches (local and on the host server), all to no avail.
Just updated to 2.9.24 today, and can’t go back.
]]>When I try to update our business settings or email settings in FluentCRM, I’m getting the following error message:
“Oops! No route was found matching the URL and request method.”

I searched online and saw something that spoke of it maybe being a RestAPI issue. Checked with my host and everything is fine with the RestAPI.
At the same time, now when i try to create a campaign it won’t let me go past the ‘subject line’ section. When I click “continue to next step (recipients)” nothing happens. The page doesn’t move, no error message. Just nothing.
I tried deactivating all plugins, updating all plugins and themes, uninstalling and reinstalling fluent crm, deleting browser cache / cookies, using a different browser. Nothing fixes the issues.
Any help will be appreciated

Am trying to edit the email templates but there seem to be some issue with the wordpress and fluent crm. I saw few more people reporting the same issue here. I am also facing the same issue with the CRM. When i try to edit the emails in the automation the UI is so broken and not able to customize the emails.

Since the update of Fluent CRM to version 2.9.01, it is no longer possible to edit an existing email, in “simple box”, “plain center” or “raw left” templates�� Whether after duplication of a previous email for a campaign (see here), or to modify an automation (see here), the edit box does not appear��
To be able to edit an existing email, I have to go through the “classic editor” template, then I click on “uni center” (what I want) and I save�� so the May is centered
I have the Classic Editor plugin (maybe an incompatibility? But it doesn’t change anything if I deactivate this plugin).

The connection between Fluent forms and Fluent CRM worked well, but I noticed that I did not set the form to save my first and last name along with my email address. After I corrected it, new users are saved, but when I try to open a contact, I get an error message . Why would this happen? Everything works normally on the other two websites.

But to pass information from an intake form to FluentCRM, are we completely limited to FluentForms? We already have WP Forms or can even code forms from scratch. I’m trying to delete all the contacts on a particular list. Its much to delete one after the other. Can I delete all the contacts by just deleting the associating list and tags?

]]>I don’t know where it stopped working but when we turned off the double optin in fluentcrm and fluentforms, we tested our automations and the contact is not receiving any welcome emails, tags, anything. THey do get added to the Contacts as subscribed but nothing else.
We reverted the settings by restoring one of our backups to see if it will work but the automations are still not working!

I’ve activated the Company Module in the Advanced Features Settings and I can add contacts to Companies and record Notes and Activities for each Contact or for a Company.
I’ve been trying to find a way to see all the Notes and Activities related to a Company – ie all those for the Company as well as the Contacts in that Company – to get an overview of the history of all contact with that company and the people in it by the different people in my organisation.
I can’t seem to find a way to do that, though. Can you help please?
