This software will be banned on same german hoster because they do not have detailed options to controle sending limit per minute and no option to controle max. connections per minute. We migrate now to 4th mail server and all banned this plugin after using it.
They give us the option: Controle sending limit and max. connection limit or stop sending via this mailserver.
So we contact the support.
1. We told @wpmanageninja that we have the most powerfull managed server by kinsta with 32 CPU and 64GB RAM.
2. We told them that hoster do not find any issue on managed server.
3. We told them that mail server provider contact us that our plugin send to much and open to many connections. And what is @fluentcrm is doing?

-> Sorry what?! We talked about that we using powerfull managed server in all tickets and in every reply. Why you talking about shared hosting?

-> Sorry, again: We have no shared hosting and we have no issue on webhosting/server. The support and our devs already checked this.
At the same time we already told you that our mail server provider ping us and say: we have the issue on mail server. So why you still talk about hosting?
3. We told them that mail server provider contact us that our plugin send to much and open to many connections. They wrote back: The max. connections per minute and sending speed is controled by CPU and RAM. You need to switch from shared hosting to a more powerfull server.
-> Sorry, what?! If sending speed and max. connections is our problem and this is controled by CPU and RAM: Why we shoud have more CPU and more RAM? If we purchase more powerfull server we will have more sendings per minute and more max. connections per minute.
So it will make our problem larger, not smaller.

“I see that you are using a shared hosting and this is pretty common in a shared environment to get banned to use resources when an email campaign is being sent and a lot of resources are consumed or utilized by an email marketing application like FluentCRM.”
Its not funny anymore. This is why we cancled +20 licence this year and this is the next one after make all details public in our official youtube channel.
This was not the very fast dramatic support ticket where we have feeling: They reply without to read the issue and understand the problem. I have no words for free plugins like this, and double not if you using paid solution and still stuck in the same issues.
And this is not all. We have much more like this email support.
For example we say in a ticket that we already disabled all plugins and enabled debug and the debug log was empty. And what the support reply? “You shoud disable all plugins and enable debug”….
This is how you waste your time and my time.
And this is how you will make problems larger, by losing time and do not work right now on solutions but playing email ping pong with informations you already send i very clear way and text.
This is how you make problems larger, by increase server speed to send more emails per minutes instead make them slower. And this is how you talk about you have an managed server and they reply about you need to switch from shared hosting to a managed server… I have no words for so much fails in so short time.
On the other hand: other free email sending plugins have option to controle mail industrie basics like sending speed and max connections.
Users asking for it here many time, also in public support base but years later we are still here and talking about shared hosting when we say we have managed server.

REAL people answering REAL problems, not the endless frustration of support bots and AI, or waiting forever for someone to respond.
One small thing: Getting everything set up can be a little intricate for those unfamiliar with ‘tech’, particularly if you’re using an email-sending service like Amazon (Amazon’s fault NOT FluentCRM’s). However, the money spent getting this set up for you will save vast amounts of time and money in the long run. I can write, design, fully test, and send a fully responsive email to 10,000 contacts in under 15 minutes.
A PLEAD to the FluentCRM team:
PLEASE… FluentCRM… with all the massive success heading your way (and fully deserved, I might add), DO NOT sell out to the big boys. Stay independent, stay loyal to your users, keep refining and improving, and just stay GREAT!

I have not actually started using FluentCRM yet, we are just in the discovery phase. But Fluent’s support has been great, they have gotten back to me 3 times today with all the relevant information – relevant answers, polite and courteous, in a realistic timeframe.
Compare this with Mailster, who might reply 1 time in a week if you are lucky – with often glib and evasive responses that aren’t remotely helpful – a product with some decent support is a refreshing change. We will be ditching Mailster and going with FluentCRM instead as soon as possible – if you are a Mailster user I suggest you do the same.

This is one of those plugins that really does an amazing number of things without immediately needing to upgrade to the Pro version. In addition to being a full-featured CRM, It also keeps your customer data directly on your site and not in someone else’s system, like HubSpot or others do. I am using their Pro version, but even that is less then $10/mo. and their support has always been excellent based on my experince of using it on three different sites at various times.

We are using FluentCRM Pro on four different Websites as newsletter tool. For us it’s the perfect solution. Easy to use, reliable, clearly structured. Been using it for almost 3 years now and never experienced any technical problems or conflicts with other plugins.
Today, I created a support ticket because I needed help with migrating all Fluent customer data to a different website (including WooCommerce info like lifetime value) without having to export all orders from WooCommerce. The standard export/import FluentCRM offers does not cover this, but in less than 20 Minutes I got a reply to my ticket – with a full instruction how to proceed.
One hour after writing my support ticket I’m sitting here with a fully working solution. I never experienced such quick support before. Thank you so much and thumbs up!

It took me a while to decide which CRM plugin to use for a client web site. I’m glad I chose FluentCRM. Easy to use and setup. I’m still learning to use all the features. I like how easy it is to tag people who sign up from different campaigns. I had an issue with the way user data being displayed in the tool. The support team was able to quickly help me resolve the issue.

First of all: I almost never write reviews. With this case, I even logged into www.ads-software.com, so I could leave one.
Secondly: I asked my money back, as using such a vital tool as an email marketing service has to come with reliable functionality, easy installation, up-to-date documentation AND most importantly: reliable customer support that answers within minutes or at least less than 24hrs. With FluentCRM this is not the case.
FluentCRM gives the promise to grant “priority support” for those who purchase the pro version, which is nowhere to be seen! In reality, their support does not answer for days (over four days in my case, the whole ticket being unresolved for 8 full days as of now).
We can see from another reviewer on the forum, which as of today is four weeks old, that they know about their customer support issue. Aside from this platform, there are more complaints about their support being too slow around on other forums, and they keep giving the same answers and excuses, while not making a change despite their promises.
This plugin might be all well and good, yet a customer support not answering tickets that prevent you from continuing the correct initial installation for almost TWO weeks, is unacceptable! I should point out, that my issue on the initial installation was caused when I installed FluentSMTP, wanting to use it with Google Workspace. As there is outdated documentation and missing information on Fluentsmtp.com, about how to install FluentSMTP with Google Workspace and Google Cloud, furthermore missing information on the steps that need to be taken upon entering Google Cloud, it became impossible to finalize the initial installation of SMTP. Bagging Fluent support for help, they keep me in an endless loop, not helping me resolve the issue, not getting back to my repeated messages. Even after I demonstrated the issues caused by their flawed documentation in a Loom a video, the answer I got was rather cryptic than helpful. Yes, it is me lacking knowledge, yet this is why customer support is so vital.
As a business owner, I have to rely on the tools I use. Tools for email marketing and/or CRM are vital to any business and are meant to increase revenue – if not to say, they are the livelihood of a business. If FluentCRM handles their customers with such little care, they did not understand the role their products play in our very life as entrepreneurs.
It is no news that customer support is the backbone of any business – we all know that. Yet, it seems the FluentCRM team have not understood this very basic of building trust and relationship with their customers.
I was never more disappointed and (honestly) angry about a service I have used. And within 18 years of running a business, I have seen quite a lot – this is the cherry on the iceberg of bad customer relationship management.

I’ve never seen such a highly functional plugin on a self-hosted platform before. I think all users feel the same way.
But even more than that, the support is amazing.
When I consulted them about an issue where I couldn’t send an email to the recipient, they provided very thorough support, including actually reproducing the same steps on the support side to check. This is a plugin that you can use with confidence, not just because it’s a product, but also because the support is excellent.

It is very rare to get a reply within one business day, very often it takes a week or more.
What is the priority support that is listed on the official website?
This is not priority support.
The support system is very disappointing, so if you are looking for excellent support, fluent crm is not for you.

I had issues with this plugin initially and got nowhere with support for over a month…until last night. Last night, I was able to chat to them and after two hours of them trying to find the reason for the problem I was having, they were able to tell me how to fix it – an issue at my end, not theirs. At this stage, it looks like everything is now working as it should and I’m very happy with the product.
I would like to add that if you are having problems with the checkbox on checkout adding every customer including those who do not opt in, it could be due to customizations made to your checkout page by your developer – that was my problem anyway.
