Not much more to say. I have a wordpress website with wpforo installed, some other plugins and FluentSupport. Somehow, the TextBox where you can add Ticket Details always showed up only after refreshing the page. Ahsan replied shortly after I opened a Ticket and helped me out. After a couple tries, we found out that the problem was one of the plugins installed which conflicted with the FluentSupport plugin. Deactivated the troublemaking plugin on the support page and now it’s working fine again.
In case somebody wondering what plugin was making the troubles: wpForo UserMentioning Addon for wpForo. I don’t know why this interferes on the support page but whatever.

The plugin is absolutely useless. If you have issues, the customer service only responds to your questions once every four days. If you want a refund, they do not respond to your emails. why this company in business?!

I asked for a Memberpress integration for Fluent Support some few weeks ago, and the Fluent Support team were answering. The first version had a small bug , so after a quick round with the Support team, I had a new working beta in my mailbox.

Please add the ability for an agent to create a ticket on his name (not under the name of the client) so that an agent can post information relevant to a client
also about design : please enable customization of text area (font / font size as it doenst look good) and also avatars

Coming from FluentCRM I thought this would be the perfect support solution in terms of the integration there, however it’s nothing like it.
The support portal is ugly and I have to do my own custom css to get it looking even remotely modern and clean. The text area where users submit tickets is also ugly as it uses the barebones wordpress text editor instead of a normal text editor that uses the sites existing styling and fonts.
Also, for some reason the user’s profile photo/wordpress avatar does not even show for the user submitting the ticket. Instead it should the default grey user avatar. What’s the point?
If these issues were solved then it would be great, but currently it is a disappointment from a design perspective.

Paid for the premium version because my use case required email piping to work. Unfortunately it does not work very well. It takes a long time for new tickets to appear in the dashboard, and customer replies to the ticket emails do not sync to the ticket in the dash board. Support is hard to get a hold of and the advertised discount on their purchase page is incorrect.

This forced message is really not helpful: “Customer Portal is only accessible by Customers. Looks like you are a support staff“
There’s no way to style the Support Portal with Yellow Pencil due to this overreaching assumption.
Staff may also need to view and log their own support tickets.
This is a completely unnecessary and ill-considered blocker to using this plugin.
It could be be 5-stars for functionality, but the poor front-end design, plus the blockers to fixing it, are just a frustrating waste of time.
The one thing you should never do with offering anything is waste someone else’s time, or stop them doing the things they could otherwise do.
Why not just respect the theme styling and Admin user freedom to choose who sees what.
These are simple problems to solve, and unnecessary overreaching controls of the front-end experience that just harm an otherwise capable plugin.

This plugin is awesome when it is FREE. However the second you opt in to paid version; say goodbye to customer service. It takes the support team minimum of 24 hours to reply to tickets and once they have replied, they disappear for another 24 hours!
I understand you are a new company but why would you release a plugin with so many bugs where you don’t even care about helping us solve the bugs??

I’ll admit your system look pretty good but what i despise from so many plug “devs” now is that you say this is free, that is free and then you install and try to at least demo the plugin but come to find out 9 out of 10 features are ‘pro mode’ only. See I would actually pay the $90 but now that I feel like you haven’t been transparent in your desription on here I can only assume you won’t be as transparent as a service.
I miss the good old days when www.ads-software.com actually vetted all the plugins for this kind of seedy stuff.
Folks do not download the free version unless you seriously are considering buying the pro because the free version is useless.

Fluent support is the best helpdesk plugin I have used. I have tried so many in the past but Fluent is so simple to use, very powerfull though. Despite the fact that I used the free version, the DevTeam managed to find out the solution to an issue I had with the greek characters. They investigated the problem for over 2 days and they did find what was the problem. It turned out that I hadn’t enabled a setting in the plugin but as I mentioned, even with the free version they gave me the solution. For simple support functionality is the best plugin. I suppose that the premium version will do so much more if it is needed. Great great plugin.

Fluent Support is great. If you use Fluent Forms and Fluent CRM like me, then this is the obvious choice.
This is quite new plugin so I am sure will be grow in the funcionalities in the future.

Their awesome Support ( beyond very detailed support documentation) is something that I must say, compelled me to come to a drop few lines. I was moving from a SAAS support of Freshdesk (who have added tons of features, but after getting listed became expensive too). I was apprehensive, that I would be a missing feature on Fluent Support, but upon testing, I was super happy. I got stuck on integration with Twilio, and the support team always responded within 24 hours and detailed instructions, which resolved the issue. I love their features, UI and UX and detailed documentation. all 5 stars to them.
