when I made an order, in my error logs is:

I’m trying to use window.URL in product page and I find the plugin is overriding window.URL. I look for it in the source code and it’s in fma-product-custom-options/front/view/product_custom_options line 335.

Can you explain why do you need override URL and how do I get the original URL object? This is important to me because I currently can’t use functions provided by URL.

I’ve purchased the pro version and have several global options and they will not carry over to the order or order emails. I can see them in the cart but when I go to my Woocommerce orders I cannot see any of the options they selected, Color, Kits, Text, etc.

First of all it is a decent plugin. I use WordPress 4.7.3 and woo-commerce 2.6.14. I found a bug on your plugin. When I set some checkbox on [Product Custom Options]. The currency are not updated as setting. Such as I set a checkbox “Paper package” for 5.99 USD. When buyer use other currencies, they are 5.99 GBP, 5.99 CNY, 5.99 JPY. The addon price doesn’t change according to the exchange rate. It shows the same as a number. Is there anybody else found this? I think you can fix it because this plugin is better than other product addon/option plugins. Also I will translate it into Chinese.

This is just an enhancement request, it would be great if the fields could be translatable from the backend via qTranslateX for example, like the product’s title and description are using the “[:el]text in greek[:en]text in english[:]” format.

Variation final price is wrong

Hello

I have the same problem too.
In the scenario where 2 variations have different price. the plugin uses only the lowest price to calculate and present the final price.
An example is on my test page:

Hi,

I have installed the plugin Woocommerce Product Custom Options and when I add a title on the back end in the product I get a space :- on the front side. So there is an extra space and an – that needs to go away. How can I change this so that I get the Name: instead of Name :- on the frontside.

Premium Version: Global products issue

Hi,
I purchased the premium version of your plug in and when I created a global custom option, it added to around the first 40ish products and then won’t add the rest.
I have nearly 2500 products (and increasing) that I need this functionality on ASAP.
What reasons would there be for it not adding the remaining items?

I’ve tried deleting and starting again, and have now wasted 8 hours going around in circles.

The “Options Total” and “Final Total” not showing by default in the free version since in the “product_custom_options.php” the variable “option_total” is NaN and in the if you ask for if ( option_total > 0 && qty > 0 )

IMHO you must validate the operation to check why “option_total” is NaN and in the if change option_total > 0 for option_total >= 0 to show the labels by default

Whe I add an option and set to “is required” when click on add to cart the product is added without the required options

Hello, great module!
I found a critical error.

To replicate it you must:

install WPML
apply the currency changer to appear in product page
change currency

create a new user
grant him shop manager permission
open an order
try to update it in any way

The error or bug is: an empty white page with the text “-1” on it

Hi, the plugins seems to be exactly what I am looking for however I have encountered on various errors:

1. “Function wpdb::prepare was incorrectly used”… it says that it is not using placeholders as it should be but concatenating strings.

2. apply_filters( ‘site_url’, $url, $path, $orig_scheme, $blog_id ); causes problem as no variable from this expression is defined.

Hello, i’m trying this plugin but i have to report an issue:
With Normal products is all ok.
The problem is on variation product display page:
– On product page display some sum error , you can give a try here https://demo8.webninja.ovh/negozio/pizze-speciali/pizza-double/ ( try picking the 3 variations ), because it’s a little tricky explain in english what i mean
– on cart the sum of variation + option is correct.

I get exactly the same error as Neel26. If I click on the “Please try again” it just loses all of the data that I’ve entered, leaving no custom options.
