It has “Follow” for Tumblr on the top right of the website. I think it works kinda similar to emails but instead this is for Tumblr obviously.

i had so hoped this plugin would work with my WP. it is exactly what i needed, and i cant find any alternatives. do you ever plan to update it or are there other options for people to watch individual posts without commenting?
