Hi, my ordering system does not work under any circumstances.
I add items to the cart, fill in the contact details, but when I click “Submit” nothing happens and the form fields still contain the filled in details.

I have replicated this many times in different browsers, always clearing the browser cache before trying. Everything is updated to the latest version – core, theme and plugins.
I also tried in the meantime to downgrade the WordPress core and downgrade the Five Star Menu plugin (up to version 2.4.11 and then even 2.4.2). All without success.
This is a website that was already running, after a while the client wanted to terminate the order and now it has resumed again. So I restored it from a backup. However, it didn’t work either in the original state or after the update.

Now everything is updated to the latest version and all plugins are deactivated except Five Star Menu.

After updating to version 2.4.13, a lightbox pops up on loading a page that has a menu on it and the box can’t be closed. See linked site.

Is there a way to export the orders view from the back office to csv or an excel sheet ? Or is there a way to change how the orders are displayed, i would like to see the items in an order better so i want to know if it is possible to change anything in this menu.

Hi,

I found a small issue. When I create a section in Greek and the slug is with Greek letters, each section name in the menu page becomes unclickable. You click on it and nothing happens. When I changed the section slugs in non-greek letters it works as expected.

Until a permanent solution is incorporated in the plugin I suggest to manually set all the slug with latin letters or use an “autoconvert greek characters to latin” plugin to do it for you.

Any updates on this issue?

The best workaround I found is to create one menu for each language you use and add them on separated pages. Do not link menus/sections/menu-items with each other. Just link the final pages you made so the right menu appears when changing language.

I had been modifying price.php to get rid of the .00 from the price before Version 2.4.2 however with the update to Version 2.4.2 price.php seems to be completely ignored. I can delete the file and the site works perfectly fine. I’m still getting the price displaying at 3500.00. I have removed the currency symbol from the settings but still displayed with the extra .00. I’m at a loss as to what to do now.

Any ideas?

Hi there… I’m working with your plugin and it’s great for my purposes… the only thing I can’t figure out is how to order the Sections. I’m adding items starting with Starters then salads etc, but now it’s pushing the starters down to the bottom, which doesn’t make much sense. Please advise.

Today I noticed that menu item prices are displaying as $0.00 for all menu items, whether displayed as a single item or as rendered from a menu section shortcode. The menu prices were displaying fine one month ago. I tried changing the theme to Twenty Twenty, but that didn’t help.

I’m on localhost trying to setup a menu on my WordPress site using your plugin. I was able to add the menu items and create a menu just fine from the WP dashboard, but when I went to Elementor to add the menu items on my home page, the page got all messed up, and displayed this error at the top multiple times:

Warning: Undefined property: fdmBlocks::$style in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp1\wp-content\plugins\food-and-drink-menu\includes\class-blocks.php on line 157

The rest of the page was visible but this for some reason also disabled the save page option completely at the bottom of the page – basically I don’t think this plugin is very compatible with Elementor (even though it said it was on the plugin). Is there any fix for this? Because the plugin has exactly what I need and I’d love to make it work for my site.

I added a menu item to one of my client’s menus that I had previously created three years ago. However, I cannot seem to find where to add the item’s price. There’s no actionable element under the Price column where the new item appears.

1 il view sections una volta toccato sparisce appena si vuole scendere

Hello, please forgive me if this has already been addressed. I couldn’t find anything on this in this forum. I need to have a description showing under most of the sections in my menu, but for some reason, they aren’t displaying. It’s crucial to have the description show up on the menu. I have the Ocean WP theme. Can anybody please advise on how to do this? Thank you in advance.
