I noticed someone else posted here with my same issue – the countdown wasn’t showing; the topic said it was “resolved” – but I didn’t see an explanation of the solution.
I had the same problem with our *Multi-Step Form* and it would not work till I switched to the *Legacy Form* template – so I wanted to share that here. I hope this helps someone else with the same issue.
If you also want the fix for new templates like *Multi-Step* Form and *Classic* Form Template, please HELP UP VOTE: https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/form-countdown-addon-should-work-with-multi-step-template
]]>Hi,
Countdown Timer not showing on WordPress 5.8.1.
I assume an update is required.
Any ideas on an ETA.
Kind regards
Marco
]]>The countdown timer seems to use a different UTC.
1. I check Settings > General and it has UTC+11 which is the correct timezone.
2. I check Donation > Settings > General and the Base Country is Australia which is correct.
But the countdown still shows longer time.
Countdown Settings: October 13, 2021 12 PM
Australian Time: 9:20 AM
Countdown Timer: 1:01:39:21
