this is a great forms plugin. i really needed a date picker for check in/check out dates of a vacation rental. It works great. It also has great customization features!

Plugin is simple to use and very efficient. No limits to the size of uploaded files. I had a conflict on my webpage but the rich-team provided free support and investigated it until they found the solution. I suggest everybody to try this plugin if you do not want to commit to monthly fees for simple forms.

I used this form for our import company after i migrated our servers over to WP Engine. Ninja forms didn’t like the server setup – but after I installed this – everything worked perfectly and beautifully! They even did remote desktop support to help with the issues! 5 STARS ALL DAY! Nice plugin but lacks two things:
1. No submission success or failure after posting
2. The upload is not showing if it has finish uploading or not.
Work on the two things so that we pro User can have an update on it.

CSS is only available in pro version and there was no submit buton on the bottom of the form and it was not able to add one.
