This plugin produces precisely the lightbox I wanted: a good balance between features and ease of use. Looks great – not uber fancy. Works great – same again.

As already mentioned by others, best to use in combination with CF7 (Contact Form7), possibly the most-used plugin in its class. Tried with one I already had, problematic. CF7 – smooth as silk. (Probably the same for Gravity, didn’t need to try it.)

NOTE: found it simplest to edit the CSS for the FORM (CF7) inside this lightbox – sizing etc.

quick solution for an ajax popup form

Came back looking for a new version (as updating site). The developer hasn’t updated it in some time, and the links to his site have disappeared (just 404s now).

A pity … this was a good plugin.

I understand it still works if using shortcodes.

This nifty plugin was just what I was looking for. I’d give it 5 stars if it had better instructions/documentation. Once you get it working, it is very straightforward – just have to follow examples on author’s demo website.

I had a small conflict using it with shortcodes buttons but I ended up coding up the button using the HTML5 element anyway – a typical hyperlink wasn’t enough in my case, I wanted a big bright red BOOK NOW button.

Depending on your theme, you probably need to touch up the plugin CSS files a bit to make the form elements a touch neater looking.

Could see button on editor, when pushed it opened up a blank popup.

Didnt worked like last version of wordpress. The button in on the editor shows blank white when clicked. So i figured out a way from https://webdesign.myphpmaster.com/form-lightbox-demo/ for the people that the form didnt work can manually put the form by copy pasting shortcodes, but works nicely.

Having forms display in a lightbox is a basic function in my mind, and this plugin gives you that ability in a very easy way. The button in the editor makes it super simple and I was even able to rework the code a little to add this functionality into one of my template files so I could have a pop-up “Email a friend” functionality. It works great with Gravity Forms. Excellent plugin all around. Thank you!

I love this plugin, and I’ve used it quite a bit recently. When installed it for the first time I had trouble figuring out how to make it work though–not a very intuitive/user-friendly implementation, but it does its job. Once I understood what to do for set-up it became an essential part of every website.

Only difficulty really was working out what you had to add. In mine I just swapped a straightforward <p>Sign Up for Special Offers</p> link with the follow: –

Having looked a few other pop up forms this one seems to work properly and allows me to launch the pop up from an image. Just what I needed and no premium plugin catch-outs. Thank you so much for releasing it. I’d have given it 5 stars if the documentation was a little bit clearer.

I’m using Email Before Download, which uses Contact Form 7, to capture names and e-mails before allowing access to a PDF. The contact form was taking up too much space on the page and I needed to move it to a pop-up. This plug-in did the trick. The form looks really good in the pop-up, much more compact than it was on the page.

The author has a tutorial on his site where he goes over coding and whatnot. I thought you had to add this code to his plug-in!!! It’s much easier than that. The plug-in adds a button to the editor that pops up a form you fill out, which will insert the correct short code information into your page or post.

Really, I was looking forward for a solution, i.e. My Contact Forms should be opened in a Pop-up & if this could be a lightbox, it would be the greatest solution for my problem.

I got this plugin. Greato, I must say.
