Hi, I received notification of vulnerabilities in v4.1.12 and also noticed it has been removed from WordPress repo. Can you let us know if/when an update will be released on the free and Pro version?
Thanks
]]>I am using Elementor Pro v3.21.1 and WordPress 6.1.7 in a website and decided to install Form Vibes. The form was working just fine 5 minutes before I installed the plugin and when I installed it the form started to show “Unknown error” when I tried to submit a new form. I tried from Chrome, Firefox and opera. The I deactivated the plugin and form came back to work again. The form I tried asks form text, email, phone prefix and cellphone number.
I don’t know what informations more I could send to help to find the problem and I can’t share the link to the website, but I would like to inform about the problem and if necessary I can provide more details.
And I know the best thing would be to update WordPress and Elementor, but it is a website of a client and he doesn’t want to do it for now
]]>i want to hide or rename form use name it’s possible or you have white label option?
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to know where the submissions come from? The location based on the IP
]]>Hello,
I just installed the plugin to work with Bricks Builder. When no submissions, WordPress Admin → Form Vibes → Submissions shows empty list as expected. But after first submission, the same page is empty (blank) wit the following error in browser console:

]]>Hi,
I’m looking for a form management plugin for various users.
To manage a kind of ‘Chain’: person A fills out the form > person B receives the alert (person A has filled the form), enters the Wp backend and approves the form with a flag > person C receives the alert (person B has flagged the form), enters the Wp backend Wp and approve the form with a flag. Now only the person C can send by e-mail the form approved by everyone to person D for printing.
Database: in the WP backend I should find, as in the excel style, a row with the name of the form and the column cells filled with the various responses of the form.
Is your plugin suitable for these purposes?
]]>Hi there,
So i want to display the Entry ID of the submission in the subject of the confirmation email. I want to use the Entry ID like a ticket-system.
Like this:
“Contact-Request: 5778 – John Smith”
“Contact-Request: [fv-entry-id] – [field id=”firstname”] [field id=”lastname”]”
In the Body of the mail the shortcode [fv-entry-id] works just fine. But i can’t use it in the subject of the mail. Any way to make it work in Elementor form too.
]]>Wordfence says there is a critical vulnerability in the plugin
]]>I got this Error in my website:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined class constant ‘MAJOR_VERSION’ in /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Utils.php:113 Stack trace: #0 /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/functions.php(71): GuzzleHttp\Utils::defaultUserAgent() #1 /…/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/google-api-client/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php(194): GuzzleHttp\default_user_agent() #2 /…/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/google-api-client/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Client.php(75): GuzzleHttp\Client->configureDefaults() #3 /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Client.php(1213): GuzzleHttp\Client->__construct() #4 /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Client.php(1163): Google\Client->createDefaultHttpClient() #5 /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/google/apiclient/src/Cl in /…/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Utils.php on line 113
]]>Hi!
How is possible to show comma separated content as columns inside the exported CSV file? now when exporting CSV, content is inside one column with comma separation. Is there any possibility to customize how the outputted CSV will look like? CSV should look like it is shown on Form Vibes submissions page.
]]>This feature request has been already in here but this is something this plugin must have. I just purchased on this and i thought that importing existing entries is already there.
I have almost 1000 elementor submissions and i thought this is plugin will solve my problem.
When this feature is going to be inside the plugin?
]]>Hi,
Form Vibes is failing on saving a form with an attachment.
Did anyone has had this problem ?
Here is the full log.

Please see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65120186/optimize-sql-query-wordpress/71829839 An answer there has some suggestions for improving your tables.
Also, your plugin does not drop its tables when a user uninstalls it. Please see this. https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/plugin-basics/uninstall-methods/

]]>Hi –
I maintain a site that uses Form Vibes 1.4.1. It also has Gravity Forms 2.4.18.13.
When a Gravity Form is submitted (whether via AJAX or non-AJAX), the confirmation message does not appear. The submission goes through, but the form is simply redisplayed, with the submitted values in the fields.
I’ve narrowed the problem down to FormVibes\Integrations\GravityForms::gravity_form(), in /form-vibes/inc/integrations/gravity-forms.php. This method is used as a filter for the “gform_confirmation” hook.
That filter should return an array:
https://docs.gravityforms.com/gform_confirmation/
I’m not sure what GravityForms::gravity_form() is supposed to do, but it doesn’t return any value at all – which effectively erases the confirmation.
Commenting out line 37 of this file (so the filter never gets registered) causes the Gravity Form to behave normally again:
// add_action( ‘gform_confirmation’, [ $this, ‘gravity_form’ ], 10, 4 );
Is this intentional, or is it a bug?
If it’s intentional: why does Form Vibes do this? My Gravity Form currently appears broken to users – they have no way of knowing whether their submission is successful or not.
If it’s a bug: can I safely use remove_filter() to deregister this filter, in order to hack my way around the problem?
Thanks!

]]>Hi there,
With the latest update on Form Vibes (I think it was last month), my site is broken. There were no issues prior to the update and everything was working as expected. Nothing has been changed in terms of plugins (nothing new installed or removed) or content since before the last update.
I’ve tried looking for potential solutions online but was unable to find one. I also got in touch with our hosting provider, Bluehost, but they were unable to assist on plugin issues and asked me to get in touch with the plugin provider directly or post here in the forum.
This is what I received in the email:
Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Form Vibes.
First, visit your website (https://tradebeee.com/staging/4508/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://tradebeee.com/staging/4508/staging/4508/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.8.1
Current theme: Hello Elementor (version 2.4.1)
Current plugin: Form Vibes (version 1.4.1)
PHP version 7.0.33
Error Details
=============
An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 29 of the file /home3/tradebee/public_html/staging/4508/wp-content/plugins/form-vibes/vendor/symfony/polyfill-php80/bootstrap.php. Error message: syntax error, unexpected '?', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE)
My first suspect is the System PHP version. I think that might be what is causing the issue. When speaking to Bluehost support, they said that the PHP version installed is 7.4 for the domain which is different from the version installed system-wide.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
Thank you!

]]>Hi guys,
We’re using multiple forms from Form Vibes.
Does anyone know the best way we could get the data captured in the forms into HubSpot CRM. There doesn’t seem to be an integration with Zapier.
Thanks,
Mardy
Hello dear developers!
We use Form Vibes to create database of resumes on the website. We have upload file field, where users submit their resumes (in .PDF). We want to make links on the files clickable from admin panel. Now it is written as a text.

Any help is welcome!
Thank you!
Hi,
Recently there have been some changes with the plugin I think. We make exports every month and since this month they are different.
The headings in the back-end look normal (some custom once have been added). But when exporting the submission headings change into ID’s (I think).
This doesn’t happen for Submission Date, Name, Email (although the names are in the email column and the email in the name column).
The other headings are changed from NAME to field_30e7153.
It’s a little frustrating for how we work. Could you confirm this issue and are you able to resolve it?
]]>Hi. After updating to the latest versions, other user roles are not able to see the submissions. Thank you
]]>Hi!
Do you have plans for JetEngine Forms or JetForms?
I can’t find a solution for them.
]]>Hello!
Hope you are safe and well. Really enjoying Form Vibes!
I use WordPress Packagist to manage dependencies for WordPress sites – https://wpackagist.org/
It mirrors the WordPress plugin directory.
I am not able to update to Form Vibes 1.3.7 using WordPress Packagist. The latest version in the plugin directory appears to be 1.3.6:
https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/form-vibes/tags/
Is there a way to get 1.3.7 on to the plugin directory (https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/form-vibes)?
Thanks in advance.

I duplicated a page with a form (yoast Duplicate post) and when I receive the submissions, they come with the same ID, but the name is different…
This print is how it appears in element submissions…
But in your plugin it Renames the list, the last list to receive the input renames the list.
Can you understand?
hug!
]]>Hi there, thanks for the plugin!
When I submit a form where there are commas “,” they break the content and I can’t have the columns correctly aligned. Is there a setting where I can change from a comma separated file to a | or ;?
Thanks
Is there a list of forthcoming support for other form plugins? Piotnetforms would be my specific target.
]]>Hi, does this not work with BB add ons such as the PowerPack form? Thanks.
