Great product. We’ve used this for couple of years now as part of our WooCommerce install to allow our clients to submit projects and attach files for our PR and marketing solutions. 20 year WordPress user, and thus far my favorite form solution. Prompt support for the PRO product, too.

We switched over to Formidable Forms for our client’s websites a few years back when the plugin we were using was bought out and killed by another company. We needed a solid solution, and after much research found that FF would be it. This is one of the plugins you never really have to worry about when updates happen, we’ve only had two minor issues but they we’re resolved very quickly. Their support has always been quick and responsive, and they’re always willing to help. Can’t recommend them enough.

Of the tons of form plugins that I tried this certainly is one of the best: Easy, straightforward form configuration and a huge amount of design and field options, logic etc.
A bit pricey though if the basic functions are not sufficient, but on the other hand, even the free version or the cheaper subscriptions have a lot of functions.

Formidable Forms is extremely powerful and has saved me several hundred of man hours by leveraging their pre built templates.
I also love the fact that it integrates seamlessly with WPDataTables.
It also pains me greatly to see THE SAME PERSON, CREATING SEVERAL ACCOUNTS TO GIVE THIS PLUGIN a 1 Star rating because people think they are owed free software for life. It amazes me how most of the time when there are 1 star reviews left for plugins, it is people complaining how the functionality they want is not free.
The irony is if you approach those same people and ask them for free help, they would balk at you, yet they want FREE software.
People really don’t realize how much goes into maintaining and supporting Top Plugins such as Formidable Forms. Honestly even for the elite package which is what I own, I feel that the price is cheap, compared to the benefits I get from it.
I mean it 100% when I say this product has saved me several hundred of man hours. Not exaggerating either on the savings
WordPress has really leveled the playing field where a 1 man team, can take on Fortune 500 companies and compete by leveraging plugins such as Formidable Forms.

I’ve been a Formidable Forms elite user for several years now and I just want to say customer support has been excellent. Not only do they provide you solutions that are easy to understand – occasionally they will even offer some advice on stuff that may be considered out of their control. I’ve got a site with over 50 forms and 10’s of thousands of entries. When a problem crops up, they respond quickly and with quality advice. Formidable Forms is the absolute best form product for your WordPress website.

When I need to build forms for a client, I choose Formidable. Sometimes the free version is sufficient, but even if Pro (any level) is necessary, it’s very affordable for the client. I had so many clients using Pro, I decided to purchase a license that I could use across many sites (and have access to more features, if needed). When I purchased that upgrade and needed some help (answers to questions) regarding that transition, I received assistance from support nearly immediately and quite helpful, exactly what I needed.

While I’ve led teams in the past using Formidable Forms, only more recently have I taken a dive into hands on. The product is very intuitive and flexible enough even at it’s base application. I did however upgrade and for a few dollars, got a slew of great features. When I got stuck and submitted a support ticket, they responded not only quickly but provided solid information and reccomendations that solved my query very quickly.

I was very hesitant to purchase Formidable Pro. I looked at it over a year ago and decided since I couldn’t integrate with Square then I wouldn’t touch it. Then after screwing around with other plugins all spring, I took the plunge and swapped over 1 club I helped over to Stripe so I could try Formidable Pro. So so thankful I did, you guys are the best support ever and Formidable itself does so much more than I was used to before. Now when a customer asks me if I can, I just say yes!
