This plugin has a great potential but unfortunately there are bugs that make it pretty much useless.
1. Plugin – when active – drastically slows down page load (P3 plugin says that FreshMail has 73% impact on loading time (!))
2. If you have more than one opt-in form saved, there is no way to pick which one will show as popup.
3. Popup ignores settings for frequency of showing on the page, even if set limit for 2 appearance per user it will be showing of over and over again.
4. There is no WPML integration so FreshMail so popup functionality is useless on multilanguage sites.
5. There is no way to precisely determine on what pages the popup will show of.
6. I would go through these problems with the support instead of leaving one-star-rating unfortunately support person ignores half of the tickets left by plugin users including myself.

I got a 500 – Internal Server Error when I clicked Activate.
Not a great start.

I like this plugin a lot, althou I thought it would be easier to customize signup form. Don’t try to make it aligned centraly on a responsive site. Hopefully this will be addressed in next version, so it’s either responsive-friendly, or more customizable w/o doing some tricks.
