Hello,
I use these image selectors:
.woocommerce-product-gallery__image img, .entry-content img
– it looks like this: https://d.pr/i/9Or2Se
However the image on the product detail page is not taken into consideration by Frizzly. Does anybody know how I can the image hover on product detail pages?
]]>Hi
When people are watching my website using a cellular the sharing widgets are so big that is difficult to read articles.
It’s possible to reduce it or better to get it only at the bottom of the page?
Thank you!
In your pinned post, you say there are older versions, but they aren’t there on that page.
How can I get an older version? The new one doesn’t seem to work.
I tried uploading from another site, but it just says ‘plugin file not there’
]]>I’ve been using Frizzly for quite a while now and love the plugin however since a couple of months the icons on the image do not show properly.
I’ve asked my designer to have a look and she reports that the frizzly icons are not compatible with font awesome 5 which is apparently where the issue originates from.
Could you help fix this issue?
Thanks in advance!

]]>Hello, i’m trying to add on the result og:image link the code ?width=1200 at the end of the link mage
Meaning <og:image=”https://www.ads-software.com/example.png?width=1200″>
I’ve located the code in \frizzly\includes\client\modules\share\meta_tags\Frizzly_Client_Facebook_Meta_Tags.php
but how can i edit the code without getting the string error? Thank you
]]>Is there a way to trigger functionality via javascript? We have images that are loading dynamically on scroll, and would like the Frizzly share buttons to appear over them, but it appears the initial javascript runs on page load, and I’m not sure if there’s a way to manually trigger it after each ajax call to load more images. Thanks so much!
]]>When you click on the image share button, the Facebook button for example, it doesn’t share the picture, it only shares the link to the blog post.
So instead of seeing the image on your Facebook page it will just come up as the post title and website info.
This is the site and blog page

]]>Hi,
I’ve been using Frizzly for about 2 weeks now, and twice since then the settings have been suddenly changed without my doing. Changes were made to
1. The networks (my settings were facebook, pinterest, twitter, email in that order and they were changed to pinterest, facebook and twitter in that order)
2. The size (i set to small, was changed to normal)
3. The placement (i set to before only, was changed to before and after).
4. the enabled selection
Seems as if the settings keep being put back to default. It’s really terrible that this is being changed without me doing this myself – i have to find out by accident each time.
Has anyone experienced this bug before and how can it be fixed? Changed the settings all back manually myself about 5 minutes ago.
Thanks,
Fabienne

Hello,
it may be just on my 2 installations, but if I exclude a page from the page editor then the options for the “content” tab get reset, while the excluded page Id gets succesfully added to the exlusion list.
(not sure it affects only pages)
thanks for your attention
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to have the image grey out slightly upon hover (like it does on the jQuery Pin It Button For Images plugin)? Perhaps it is something that can be done via css?
I have used this plugin before, and I used this code:
.frizzly-image-hover { opacity: 0.5; }
But now, I have updated the site to WordPress 7.3 and the latest version of the plugin but the hover does not show.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you!
]]>Hi, hope you can help me. We’ve just added your Frizzly plugin to our site and set it up to show the share buttons on our images on hover.
Setup was nice and straight forward however when checking the blog posts the icons don’t appear to be displaying properly. I have included a screen grab of the issue that you can see here:
I’ve double checked all our settings and everything seems to be fine and set correct and I can’t figure out why the plugin is displaying as it is. To my knowledge there is no custom css on the site images that could be causing an italic display for the plugin icons. Could you please help me to sort this issue out?
If you wish to check the blog posts live you can do so here:
https://www.project-meditation.org/blog/
Also one other thing i have noticed is that frizzly doesn’t seem to display when you go into the very first blog post, but it does on all other blog posts, is there a reason for this or is it something I am missing?
If you need any further info from me please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Kind regards
Si
Hi, I would like these share buttons to show on all images, they only seem to be showing on blog posts – not on normal pages or slidehows, sidebars etc
thanks
]]>The Frizzly buttons are not showing on the images at https://www.axure.com/blog/medium-fidelity/.
The images appear to be missing the “data-frizzly-image-share-” attributes.
We are using W3 Total Cache and have tried clearing the cache several times.
Can you help?
]]>The plugin stopped working after upgrading from an older version to the latest (1.1.0). I flushed the cache, tried reinstalling etc’… doesn’t work.
You can take a look here: https://amenvamen.com/mishloach-manot-basket-ideas-themes
It has it configured for hover on images (not content). None of the images on this page (and any other page) show the frizzly bar anymore…
Would appreciate your assistance

Hey,
I just saw the error:

I changed the plugin folder – didn’t help.
I uploaded fresh files of the plugin via FTP – didn’t help.
I have no backup for this site, cause I noticed the issue too late.

]]>I’ve read everything I need to do in terms of re-installing. I even went to FileZilla, opened things up etc. The problem I’m having is I cannot locate the file that holds the old/corrupted plugin. I need to find it so I can delete it so I can install the new updated plugin.
How does one go about locating that file if it’s not showing up in my wp-content folder, wp-plugin folder via filezilla?

Hi,
since updating to Version 1.0.1 it shows the plugin in many unwanted places on my the7 driven WordPress site. Like you can see in the following screenshot. I had to go back to 0.3.4 for now. Can you help to find a solution?

Thx

Hi,
to make sure I have everything I need to help you with your issue with the plugin, please follow the steps listed here. That will help a lot.
]]>Well, you ruined a perfectly working plugin. I understand that the new settings panel is better, but please don’t forget about the functionality of the plugin. I don’t know what you did, but the social icons are not shown when I hover on images. At the beginning it did, but then I changed the jQuery selector and it’s not working.
Now, I’m looking for an older version of the plugin.
]]>Hello,
since 1.0.0 it seems that the possibility to add custom images has been removed.
I want to use another icon than the typical pinterest icon that it used when I hover an image.
How can I do this? Only via CSS? Do you know the classes?
Thanks!
]]>Warning: Updating to 1.0.0 will totally break your WordPress site!
(see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/crashed-site-14/ and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-message-on-website-2/)
The easiest way to get the WordPress back running is deleting the wp-content/plugins/frizzly folder and installing version 0.34 (previous version) from here:
https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/frizzly.0.34.zip
I’m getting this error message on my site-
Warning: require_once(meta/Frizzly_Meta_Social_data.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/23/12254523/html/unboundwellness/wp-content/plugins/frizzly/includes/includes/Frizzly_Includes.php on line 22

What do I need to do to fix it? I can’t even get to my wp-admin page.
]]>I just tried to update the Fizzly plugin on my page but now I get

I’ve checked there is a file in the location that looks like this
<?php
class Frizzly_Includes {
function __construct() {
$this->load_dependencies();
}
function load_dependencies() {
$includes = array(
//OPTIONS
‘options/Frizzly_Options.php’,
‘options/Frizzly_General_Options.php’,
‘options/Frizzly_Share_Options.php’,
‘options/Frizzly_Follow_Options.php’,
//META
‘meta/Frizzly_Meta.php’,
‘meta/Frizzly_Meta_Social_data.php’
);
foreach ( $includes as $include ) {
require_once $include;
}
}
}
What do I need to do to amend it and make the website work again?
