It would be nice to have an option so the email that the admin receives could automatically include a link to the page that the visitor was on, when they sent the message. Does this plugin do that? If not, please consider adding this important feature to make it much more useful.

Your plugin looks promising. How complex would it be to have a popup menu in the frontend to select different recipients (a list of departments with their email addresses, or a list of the registered WP users)?
