Hello, I want to buy or download your solution but I will like to ask first
Here is the problem : – In his old website : A customer “X” Register so it send a notification to us and his request is pending, but he can connect and check statut of his request, however when it’s done, he can see that his request is done directly on his dashboard because we will set it to done from admin panel. Is there any way to configure that or another plugin?

Note : in this website there is 2 types or registering possible , user class X and user class Y so it should be possible to make different roles and special dashboard for each class and inside each class each user has his own statut of request depending of if we treated it or not yet.
