While there are some themes that may not play nice with this plugin it would be because those themes do not adhere to WP hook orders.
This plugin ties in to the WP hook so anything that intercepts the screen before the WP hook may override this plugin. All standard themes should work fine.
Tested on various configurations. PREMIUM version has more control and double switch to force more themes into compliance.
