I have the newest plugin and WP versions installed, and the calendar displays but without any data from the Google Calendar XML feed. The XML feed is working properly because I can load it in a browser window without any problems.
]]>If you are using this plugin you need to upgrade some of the code to make it work. Google has updated the API for calendars to version 3 and all the code in this plugin uses v2 API (so will not work).
If the author wants to contact me I have done this work, or if anyone else wants a copy – let me know. You will have to get down and dirty with Google and create an simple API KEY (takes about 2 minutes), but once you have that and the code modifications you are ready to roll again ??
Cheers
]]>Hello,
I’m trying to set so that one calendar shows three different feeds and I want to have each feed have a different color. I was playing around in the plugin script but I’m afraid I’m not sure if it’s possible to specify color on the feed rather then on events.
Any ideas you can offer would be appreciated thanks.

First off, GREAT PLUGIN! Just what we needed! Thank you!
Was curious though if there is a way to add more calendars than just the two? I would like to display 4 seperate google calendars on 4 seperate pages. Can I just add them to the database table? or is there an easier way.
Thanks again!
]]>Hi There
Could you have a look at https://www.sheffieldrenewables.org.uk/events/ and click on April. You’ll notice that entries that have a time, rather than all day events, down display the time. The time shows up fine in the week view.
Also is it possible to stop google calendar opening when you click on an event on the calendar (ie just show the time and title in the calendar with no links).
Other than that … nice simple plugin.
Many thanks
Richard
Love this plugin! It does what it’s supposed to (import Google Calendars) without any fuss. But can you add color assignments into each XML feed import?
For example, under Calendar 1, XML feed #1 can be assigned red, XML feed #2 can be blue, etc etc. Or better yet, allow the user to select their own HEX color for each XML feed.
]]>Hello, I’m having a problem with my events not appearing at all on the calendar.
I’ve installed the WP plug-in and the standalone version of your calendar (from https://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/). The feed url I’m using is https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/wmay%40holycrosstryon.org/public/basic. I got the URL from your directions, and it displays a proper XML feed in Feedly’s RSS reader and with another calendar plugin.
The following URL is supposed to display three calendars.
https://holycrosstryon.org/wp/events/
1. An iframe (https://holycrosstryon.org/wp/wp-content/themes/holycross/calendar.html) linking to the standalone JQuery calendar you made.
2. A different WP plugin called Google Events Calendar using the feed URL https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/[email protected]/public/basic
3. The WP shortcode [fcal id=”1″] for your plugin, which displays nothing at all. It’s supposed to be below the Print link.
I’ve tried so many different things to get this to work including adding Google’s US Holidays feed URL, but no events will display. Do you know what I could be doing wrong? I downloaded the latest version of JQuery function from your website. Any help or guidance would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Christine
]]>Hi,
My client currently uses Google calendar. Do all the events and
categories show up like like in Google? Do you have a widget for upcoming events?
Thank You
