Hello, I have activated by mistkly wp lockdown plugin without using a username. Now it is not opening. Please help me

I hate having a crowded top level dashboard and this is a set and forget plugin that belongs under setting. Adding insult to injury the name is long enough that it bumps to 2 lines. But it works as advertised.

After installation, the new login page was showing but the admin login was not displaying… hence, not possible to login into my site.
Had to connect to the server to delete this plugin.

I installed the plugin, created the new login URL and it does not work. I am locked out of my own dashboard. Worse, it seems the author is not helping in any way, shape or form…
