I wants to add the Title & Description just below the Image which will open after clicking on the thubnail inside popup and dont wants my users to click on the icon and then they can see the description.

Would be nice to have a “copy to clipboard” icon vs trying to highlight the entire short code, and pressing ctr-c

In a gallery with a number of photos, if you add a new photo and want to move the photo to be one of the first photos to appear on the page (e.g. in a date order), you have to add the photo which appears at the bottom of the list and then move the photos one at a time up the list which can be very time consuming if one has a large number of photos in a container. Is there a shorter way than ‘swapping’ photo places one by one?

I found a shortcode mentioned in someone else’s support topic ([wpda_contdown_extend timer_id=”1″ theme_id=”1″]) and tried pasting that into an Elementor shortcode box but it didn’t work. Where am I actually supposed to find the right shortcode, and is that the way to use this plugin with Elementor?

Will this plugin allow for videos from personal upload from a mobile device or uploaded to the wordpress media library versus youtube and/or vimeo?

as the title suggest, im here to give a quick solution to this plugins users regarding error/stuck while uploading image through Wpdevart Gallery uploader.
the error code is 403 admin-ajax.php.

the solution:
1. login to your cpanel
2. find modSecurity under security category.
3. disable the modSecurity (remember to turn it back on when youre done uploading!!)
4. try uploading again & enjoy!

Hello,
when I put a Youtube link in the Video Uploader, the video shows in the tree as an image! and when I create a shortcut it shows as an image also.
In popup setting in the “default theme”, I change “Video display” to video and the same problem

It seems that apostrophe and some other characters are impossible to use in the images name & description. For example “l’extrême” or “gratte-ciel” become “lextrême” and “gratteciel”.

Is there code I can add to add support for webp images?

The Wpdevart Gallery view displays the image name as a caption at the bottom of each image in the grid. Is there a way to get the same image name to display as a caption in the popup view of each image? I know that there is a description panel that will display the image description by clicking on the image panel icon at the bottom of the image, but that is not what I want. I want to have the image name always shown at the bottom of the popup window. I looked through the Gallery and Popup settings but there does not appear to be a setting related to this feature.

I installed this plug months ago. I created albums and uploaded pictures. Everything was showing on the website. But recently I notices that the galleries are no longer showing on the website. Its like something is missing.

How can I find out what is causing the gallery not to show up?

I am using your free version Wpdevart gallery plugin on a page for an artist. She has uploaded a few photos to the galleries. The problem is that the descriptions does not follow the photos, or come up random. The description of one photo can come up on another photo. I have so far only seen it on mobile, and on a Mac. My windows computer does not seem to trigger the problem.
Otherwise it is a very nice plugin

I’m having an issue with the vertical menu on the link mentioned: it displays expanded and without arrows where it should be displayed collapsed (like on this page; https://imaginatie.dewebconnectie.nl/scholing/). So, on a normal page it displays how it should, but on a project page (course) or post it dispays the wrong way.

How can i fix this?

A search for images in the media library is missing and details of the images cannot be displayed. This makes it impossible for ńahezu to find the right pictures for a gallery.
Is there an extension or solution for this?

When a customer tries to book for example February 15 2021 to March 10 2021 it will not allow it. Once they click on the next month button to switch to March to choose the check out date it resets the check in date.

I keep on getting this message “Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.” whenever I try to add an album to my page. What should I do?

I’m running WordPress 5.4 and have just installed Wpdevart Gallery 1.53. I’ve created a Gallery and an Album, but am unable to locate the shortcode to add it to a page. The online video (user manual) provided on the company website appears to be outdated. Can anyone point to where the shortcode is or just tell me what it is so I can type it in manually? Thanks

If I want to change image how to delete or change image?

When i click on the thumbnails in the gallery a popup window opens with a spinning wheel and continues spinning. It does not open the image in the popup window to view the album in larger size. The funny thing is the other album works just fine.
