I had been trying to update the website, but was having problems adding a new gallery and albums after updating WordPress. Contacted support (the development team) and we spent several days figuring out what was wrong. They were very fast in their responses and the problems were fixed perfectly. We have been using their gallery program on both our websites. The plugin is excellent and easy to use. The support has been quick to respond and willing to work with us on several special requests. Thanks to all!

I searched around for a gallery which was not expensive but allowed comments to be added to photos.
The premium service (when you pay for the inexpensive licence) provided when you ask a question or ask for advice is very fast and excellent. One of the best I’ve come across.
This plugin does what it says it does – it is easy to set up. It works well.
There is a slight quirk that when you add photos to an album, the photos appear at the bottom of the list and it is difficult to move them up further into the album (as my photos should be in chronological order and the photo list can be lengthy). This is why I give it 4 stars not 5.

Even if I bought this program I don’t seem to be able to work with it. I was not able to create any gallery or album and I contacted the site. They fix the problem so it was working but a month later I can’t create any new gallery or album so the same problem again. I am very upset.

Pathetic support. May be plugin is good. but i have seen many support questions. many people have asked same question. where is short code. but they dont bother to reply.
