Hello,
I use the free version, but recently the lightbox function (pop-up image) has stopped working.
When I go to the settings, it’s activated. It was working until now, and I can’t work out why it’s not working any more.
And it’s not a pro feature: all the pro options are marked, and this one isn’t.
Do you have any idea why? Thanks for your help.
]]>Hi.
This is Supsystic.
Perhaps some of our clients have noticed that certain features in the free version have been moved to the PRO version of the plugin.
We endeavored to give ample advance notice to our users that some features would be moving to the pro version.? A banner was displayed on the plugin dashboard, and we sent a series of five emails over a six week period.? Plus we offered a massive discount to help? users that were affected.? Many of our users took advantage of the offer.
We apologize if this wasn’t enough.
Please contact Support if you would like to take advantage of the special discount to upgrade and continue using this great plugin.
Since a few days (I think 2024 march 3) the Pop up Function refuses to show the pictures enlarged, will mean, it doesn′t work. It′s a problem with all the galleries I published at the site https://logbuch-schweiz.net.
I discovered, that normaly the image was wrapped in an “a” element. Now it′s wrapped in an “figure” element. Suddenly.
How could this happen, an how will I makte the gallerys work again?
Sorry, I′m no native english speaker.

The plugin has not been working properly for the past few days. The image gallery is now only displayed with the loading animation. The images are not being loaded for the preview. See screenshot. This issue applies only to the mobile view. I have tested it on Safari and Chrome on iOS.

Can you please fix the following deprecated jQuery code:
jQuery.expr[\':\'] is deprecated; use jQuery.expr.pseudos Plugin: Photo Gallery by Supsystic /wp-content/plugins/gallery-by-supsystic/app/assets/js/jquery.lazyload.min.js
jQuery.fn.bind() is deprecated Plugin: Photo Gallery by Supsystic /wp-content/plugins/gallery-by-supsystic/src/GridGallery/Galleries/assets/js/lib/jquery.history.js
If I fix them myself, it may be overwritten by an update that still has the deprecated code.
Thanks in advance.

Good morning, I’ve tried to translate the text of the “close” button of a gallery.
I added the Dutch word “sluiten” to the sgg-nl_NL.po file and compiled it and placed it in wp-content/languages/plugins
But still the word is not translated. What to do now?

]]>I just started using Photo Gallery plug-in and I love everything about it, but I’m having 1 major issues. I’m using the Melos responsive theme, and I have a few blog articles posted with just photos from this plug-in. Whenever my page initially loads, there are multiple article that artifact and overlap with each other. Once I resize the browser window and give the page elements a chance to be responsive, everything is formatting correctly and fixes itself.
I’m read lazy loading has caused this issue in the past, so I disabled all forms of lazy (including native) and it still has the same issue. I have also tried a few other themes and the problem seems to happen everywhere.
Has anyone else experienced this, or recommend anything I can try? Thanks!

]]>Hello Sir,
It’s been like forever, since 2019, that I’ve been asking Photo Gallery creators in WordPress to have a Frontend Gallery Submission Feature.
If I remember faintly, I guess I’ve made that same request to you before.
So far, only Flexi (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/flexi) — seems to have come up with something like that.
But sadly, Flexi is not a stable, complete and straight forward plugin to use. Its Documentation is still tattered, scattered, incomplete and not fully ready for production.
Flexi like its predecessor UPG (https://odude.com/upg-user-post-gallery)– always breaks your website.
Both Flexi and UPG have this act of always breaking your website, because they are always badly coded. Then to make things worse, the support is not there.
1.) It is at this point, that I am here to ask that—- Why doesn’t Photo Gallery by Supsystic have a Frontend Gallery Submission Form yet?
2.) And Why doesn’t Photo Gallery by Supsystic have a Frontend Gallery Submission Feature yet?
Needing to hear from you soon.

Please update to following jQuery:
jQuery.expr[\':\'] is deprecated; use jQuery.expr.pseudos /wp-content/plugins/gallery-by-supsystic/app/assets/js/jquery.lazyload.min.js
I want to make a full wide horizontal gallery in Supsystic. In settings i chose type horizontal and 100% width, but it looks like in 2018 gallery page.
Only possible is to use Widget Shortcode like i use in gallery “7” and it works how i want. Unfortunately i need a few that type gallery and Widget Shortcode is only 1 pernament use.
Do You have any idea how i can make this in Supsystic gallery without use Widget Shortcode?

I wanted to know if there is a way to make a horizontal gallery always scroll like an infinite gallery that starts at the first image when it has reached the last one.

Hi,
I have got a problem with the scrolling of my gallery (configured with horizontal scrolling). Sometimes, when I refresh the page and I want to scroll nothing happens and since I am on a Mac, it takes me back to other page in my web browser history. Sometimes after clicking on the page or moving a little bit my mouse it works again.
Here is a video of what happens : https://www.veed.io/view/e069ef45-60e8-4063-bbbd-4705baec5698
Hope you can help me.
Greetings,

With the new update free version 1.15.11 and PRO 2.9.7 – you should have the latest versions installed.
The new free version 1.15.11 will not be compatible with the old PRO version. – less then 2.9.7?
Same applies to the PRO version.
The new PRO is not compatible with the old Free version.
Step by Step:
1. Deactivate your old PRO version.
2. Update the free version.
3. Update PRO version.
4. Activate PRO.
Regards,
Ole
