Well, it seems that this plugin is wrong and was removed from WordPress.
]]>Hello, I know that it was closed in the past but not having the option to load it fully after the click is simply not logical. Every normal slider has this functionality and people would like to click on it to see the full size.
Could you please consider adding it? It’s just a simple code edit. To use the media file link after the click.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Karel
Would it be possible to add image captions to masonry galleries please?
I like the idea behind this plugin and it is working well. The integration with the standard gallery settings page is great. Creating custom post types for galleries like other plugins is a mission to manage. It makes more sense to create galleries on a per post basis like this plugin does.
If this plugin is not being developed and supported anymore, are there similar plugins I could use?
]]>I created a gallery and it’s turning it into a slider by default, despite it saying it would only do it if the slider option was selected. Any ideas?
]]>Hi, I am using a Twenty Seventeen child theme. WordPress version 5.0.3. I have searched the forum and online and unplugged plugins but cannot find a solution that works.
I have Sliderify and Sliderify Pro installed and activated. When I change the dark background to light no changes happen. I have cleared my browser, Google Chrome, many times but I still have the dark background and would prefer the light.
Also, I don’t have options to add text to the slider and when I change transition types they don’t change even after refreshing the page f5 and clearing the browser
Is there any solutions to this please?
]]>Hi, I am using a Twenty Seventeen child theme. WordPress version 5.0.3. I have searched the forum and online and unplugged plugins but cannot find a solution that works.
My Sliderify gallery is acting strange when i’m in my WordPress dashboard.
On the pages where my gallery appears, certain .jpg images are not showing, yet they do show on my website.
I recently upgraded from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.2. Could this be why it’s happening? I have disabled plugins with no results.
I assumed the Sliderify plugin would be compatible with PHP 7 after checking my site with the PHP Compatibility Checker plugin which informed me that Sliderify was compatible.
Even when I add the missing images again from Add to Gallery, they initially show then when I update the gallery they disappear from the page. Also after updating on the page I am drafting, the gallery does not show but I see lots of code instead. The gallery shows after reloading the page though.
Can anyone help me get back to how the gallery showed with the missing images still there and the images not code showing when I update the page please?
]]>As I try your plugin I tried to figure out how to use Image sizes the best way.
– Sadly It looks that wether I chose a size it’s the original image that’s used, generating by the way a much higher loading time. So if I’m true, this should be fixed.
– When using different image proportions in the slider view, those images are not cropped unless we hit the “crop height” button. Not to bad but not as good as what I want > see next topic, but one similar issue is that the height used for the slider is always related to the tallest proportion in height of all images. This leaves then an unexpected blank space under the image depending on the chosen images. I hoped that the “crop height” feature would at least solve this in its way, but even not.
– To go one step further I wanted to have the ability to use a custom hard cropped size so that any image import would work well and smoothly. But since img sizes don’t seem to be considered, that whole working path is unusable.
> Do you have any solution here? Considering suggesting any other plugin ..?
This one has great potential but with these drawbacks it’s lacking essential parts.
]]>Hi, I am trying this simple yet interesting plugin but it seem that when selecting the default layout it displays the gallery as Slider instead of the default WP gallery.
What should I expect and how could this be resolved?
]]>Hi, I am using a Twenty Seventeen child theme. WordPress version 4.9.5. I have searched the forum and online but cannot find a solution that works for me. I inspected the gallery page with Chrome DevTools Elements panel but i’m not sure how and where to change the CSS to achieve what I want.
I have white spaces within the gallery and would like to remove them. All of my images are 6-800px on the longest side. I tried rearranging the images but that did not work.
How can I remove the white spaces within the gallery?
I can’t believe it. For months I have tried to get the gallery looking how I wanted it to no avail. I wish I had found this plugin earlier! Now the gallery is almost perfect for what I wanted.
]]>Hi there, love the simplicity of this plugin. Our use-case requires a slider, showing one slide at a time, using the arrows to switch slides, but when the image itself is clicked, would also pop up into a overlay layer (like the masonry example does). Am I missing something in the settings? Does this plugin do this?
Thanks!
