I’m getting errors unable to download table data. JSON works, the table does not.
WordPress v_5.7
GF v_2.4.23
Gravity Forms: GDPR Framework Add-On v_1.0.4
Let me know if you have any questions.
]]>Hi, could you help me out.
I installed and configured all two pluigns as instructed.
However, the “Delete My Data” function does not work.
Does it only delete for users registered on wordpress?
Or is it to delete any record in Gravity Forms?
I test as if I had filled out a form.
And when “download your data” correctly shows what you have.
But this is just a contact, has no profile in wordpress.
Any recommendations?
I really appreciate the help.
Thank you.
We have just updated this GDPR Framework gravity forms plugin add-on to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress and it has a fresh new logo!
In the future, if we aren’t getting it updated to the latest and greatest wordpress versions in a timely manner – please feel free to reach out to us via email, JIRA ticket or posting on this support board to remind us. We try to stay on top of these at least monthly.

Did you see our similar CCPA tool yet? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/the-ccpa-framework/

]]>Hello,
I have a website with gravity v 2.0.2.3 and privacy tab doesn’t appear.
Are there any plan to support older gravity version or should I upgrade licence ?

]]>Hello!
After plugin was uploaded, i have:
“It seems your Gravity Forms plugin is not activated. Gravity Forms GDPR Add-On will not function.”
What is a problem?
]]>Hi,
Could you clarify the process for recording consent against a form entry?
I appreciate that the plugin captures that a person has completed a form, and in this instance, we feel that it’s a form that would be appropriate to require the user’s consent to process their data.
I can add a checkbox for them to indicate that they accept the specific terms, but unsure how I get that consent recorded by the main plugin.
The instructions for contact 7 are clearer than for Gravity forms.
Thanks for creating this framework, it’s by far the best implementation!
]]>Hello,
I’ve installed The GDPR Framework successfully. Then I’ve installed the GDPR Add-On for Gravity Forms, but I don’t see the settings.
Can anyone help me?
Kind regards,
Marco
I’m trying to use your plugin in my website, but when I try to export advanced fields with subfields (like name or address), the values are not exported.
Thanks for your reespone

]]>Hi,
I would like to know how to let visitors fill a form and then handle their own submissions (export, delete, view).
I did some tests but I don’t know how to achieve this, even though the plugin’s description page states it’s possible to.
Thank you in advance.
]]>Hi there,
I have a question. I used this plugin on my site and I have noticed that after I configured the GDPR Framework and have this Gravity Forms add-on activated the requested user data can’t be managed: I simply got “no data stored…” email(but I can see my data record in dashboard Forms->Entries). But when I went to the Form settings -> Privacy and just clicked updated the settings there – all the next emails contained the links to privacy data edit page(like this: https://mysite.com/privacy-tools/?gdpr_key=lQwgKzrYlYwyO9ViznPn&[email protected]).
Please let me know if I missed something and it is already documented.
