This is the error I get. It’s resolved by turning off proxy.
]]>As previous brought up back in april re: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/not-all-variations-come-up/
I gave up in the end, thinking i would just wait for updated versions of the plugin, woocomerce and wordpress to maybe fix the issue. I found a work around by just duplicating one of my products that seem to have ALL of the 22 variations I wanted to be available.
Flash forward today, I did a major spring clean and updated everything and surprise surprise the first two products I did through the gelato site/plugin uploaded to my store and ALL 22 variations were available.
However, The next three products went back with the original issue I had where only 14 variations turned up.
I believe it’s a timeout or memory issue on my end and i’ve up the memory, upload and basically anything i can think of in the php.ini.
My next test will be to give it a day or so and see if I can upload 2 every other day.
Has anyone got a suggestion to this?
Could it be the amount of variation images coming from the gelato upload to my site thats causing the site to drop its bundle?
thanks in advance…
]]>I’m having issues with a ‘spend $50 and get free shipping’ option being added to my product pages. I’ve got not other shipping rules on my site other than Gelato Shipping so I’m not sure where this is being added from, nor how I turn it off.
any ideas?
]]>Hello!
To get my products approved in the Google Merchant Center, I need to send the attributes color and size. To get that mapped, I have to create the 2 corresponding global attributes in WooCommerce.
Unfortunately, the Gelato plugin is not using the 2 global attributes for saving the color and size. It creates new ones.
This prevents my products from getting approved in Google Merchant Center.
I use the Google for WooCommerce plugin for the sync with GMC: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/
thank you

Hello,
I’m developping an IA image extension called Artist Image Generator which allow customers to have IA personnalized images on their wc products. At the end, the merchant got an order with one or more custom fields filled with urls (= the personnalized images)
In order to close the loop and propose the merchant to automatize the production process, I would like to know if it is possible on Gelato’s plugin (and how ?) to map theses images urls fields on the Gelato’s API : v4/orders–> items.files fields ?
Thanks a lot for your response !
I was notified that i should contact support:

Also when trying to open the “connect to Gelato” button I get after 2 seconds a screen:
Error: You do not have permission to access this page.
]]>I’m a bit confused about live shipping rates. Following your support articles I can see to activate live shipping by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Gelato Shipping and ensuring that all three checkboxes are checked.
But under the feature comparison for Gelato (free vs a subscription) the feature ‘Live rates & Express Shipping in store (Shopify)’ mentions only Shopify specifically. So does this feature work for Woocommerce? And for which subscription?
Thanks,
]]>I had the site up with about 300 products, decided to start using Gelato as my major POD provider. Realised (on average) only 7 variation sizes would show up, yet in the variations backend of woocomerce all were there but a few had ANY SIZE written instead of A0 or A3 for example…
Thinking it might be plugin conflictions etc, I decided to redo the website from scratch and monitor what plugins etc I put in..
The site is currently barebones with basically woocomerce and Gelato installed and I’m getting the same issue.
Please disregard the look of the site and the amount of products. In trying to fix this issue I started the site with barebones installed to try and work out what the issue is.
Basically when I synch products to the store and have 10+ variations, if i’m lucky 7 will turn up on the store front. Mostly it seems the “A”sizes don’t come across properly. But it’s random, I can have 7 products, then 9 but not the entire lot.
I striped back the site to problem solved, and at first I thought I was thinking it was a synch issue. I’m at a loss as to what it can be except the fact that the plugin is getting old, which is a pity as I love Gelato…
]]>Hi,
After installing the woocommerce gelato extension, and enabling gelato shipping and disabling all other non-gelato shipping methods, when trying to checkout with a valid UK address, the message is shown:
Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state.?Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.
The address works if I order the exact same item directly from the Gelato website, but not when I try using the woo plugin.
Is there someway I can enable this? The guide for the plugin only shows shipping, it does not explain how to get over the above error.

]]>Hi ! I’m interested in using Gelato with Woocommerce for a shop I’m building. I see Gelato needs access to the WordPress legacy REST API. I’d like to restrict this access to only Gelato IP addresses. Is there somewhere I can find such a list ?
]]>Does the plugin support multisite?
I activated the plugin, but I don’t see any ‘Gelato’ menu items in my multisites.
I can’t sync anything. I tried many times but no luck. The Webhooks aren’t valid. No webhooks available.
]]>Hello there,
my site is bilingual and I would need the .pot/.po/.mo file of Gelato-Integration-for-WooCommerce.php for the German translation.
When you can provide these files (not yet translated), I am happy to share the translated DE.po or DE.mo file with Gelato in exchange later.
Hi! I have been using Gelato for a few months now and I have to state there are a lot of issues that are not taken care of in the support.
A few days ago my plugin and I were able to add products .. However, VAT on live rates shipping did not fit and mockup images for all variations were not added to my store. Only one product image came with over ..
After almost 60 emails and many frustrating hours of talking to support, it no longer works at all now ..
Have been asked to delete webhooks and APIs without any real explanation as to how they come back again ..
I am writing here in the hope of getting some kind of useful support so I can move on with the gelato plugin … Since it was only shipping and mockups that were missing on my products, I liked the concept ..
now i can not use it for anything and support do not know what to do .. it’s just the same answer over and over again.

]]>On the linked page it says: This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.
Import results are logged on Slack in the #meta-language-packs channel. Please see the handbook for more information about Slack and possible errors.
Would be nice if you considered making your plugin translatable, because e.g. during checkout the Gelato shipping method is named “Flat rates”, which is not ideal in a German store.

]]>Hi, I am trying to connect my woocommerce store with gelato but when I click on connect now button it takes me to the documentation page rather than asking me to allow/authorize gelato. It adds the store in the gelato dashboard but no webhooks or APIs get registered in woocmmerce. I have followed the documentation provided by gelato till step 6 but didn’t get lucky.
]]>Hi,
I try to make the plugin work on my website. But the API connection between my website and Gelato is not working (FAIL on the Status Page of the plugin). I already ask help on the Gelato Chat but I’ve been waiting for 10 DAYS for help me. They are juste saying that my request is being escalated and everytime the answer is not relevant at all !
Can someone help me to make the plugin work ?
Thanks !

HI
I’ve just found your plugin. My client is wanting to use Gelato in the near future
Is this plugin designed directly from Gelato or a 3rd party ?
It seems to be a new plugin.
It says here on your plugin = live shipping rates. Do we have correct shippings rates to Australia available ?
We are based in Australia.
Multiple shipping options are available ?
From what I can see When a customer buys a product in your WooCommerce store, the order is automatically transferred to Gelato.
Do we have to setup something in particular in Gelato account end ?
My main question is can we work on designing the website firstly, then setup the Gelato account and configure things ?
Or can we have new ecommerce cart available ready and go live, then in 5 months time setup Gelato and the Gelato plugin to integrate with Woocommerce and gelato ? Will that be difficult to integrate and setup ?
Are products transferred/copied from Woocommerce into Gelato or how does it work ?
I don’t know all about Gelato Print on Demand as yet, still reading up about your services completely.
So once the order is placed in Woocommerce it is forwarded to Gelato directly automatically through plugin ?
Is there a trial anywhere that I can visualise the functionality somewhere from Woocommerce to Gelato so I clearly understand the process ?
Does the Gelato plugin bring additional features into the Woocommerce store ? Like extra features, drop downs, options etc ?
Thanks
