Greetings!

I’m building with the Genesis child theme Minimum Pro 3.0.1 and I can’t for the life of me get any of the following to work:

replace Gravatar with Featured Image (in the author box on posts) – the anonymous grey image appears instead
display the author archive page. Clicking an author name results a 404

I’ve seen a few old queries mentioning all of these same issues, but they seem to be unresolved.

Your help would be so much appreciated! Your plugin has such great reviews, I’d love to be able to contribute the same.

I am using the latest version of WordPress and the Genesis Framework with the Metro Pro template from Studiopress.

After installing Co Author Plus and Genesis Co Author Plus the author boxe(s) appear at the bottom of single posts. I do not appear able to disable them, even with this edit to the functions file:

I’m having some issues with Co-Author Plus since upgrading to WordPress 4.0. It’s not displaying the correct authors name, only mine, the administrator.

How to add featured image and website url?

Hi, thanks for creating this plugin, it’s very useful.

I’d like to a website url from get_the_author_meta but I can’t work it out. I’ve added this:

$website = get_the_author_meta( $author->user_url );

and have put it into a new $pattern but it doesn’t quite work.

Also most co-authors / guest authors are unlikely to have their email address / Gravatar saved into their bio since they are not actually registered users of the site.

It would be great if we could conditionally add a featured image instead of the Gravatar.

I hope you can add these featured to the plugin or give me a clue to help me do it myself, thanks

No Guest Avatars with Genesis 2 and Minimum Pro

Is there any documentation for getting this plugin to support co-author/guest author featured images as avatars in the author boxes? Plugin Not Working

I am using Genesis 2.1.1 in conjunction with the Dynamik Website Builder child theme v.1.6.

When I activate Genesis Co-authors Plus, I don’t see a new authors box toward the bottom of a post’s edit page. However, the old box is still there, allowing for one author to be chosen.

Any idea as to why it’s not working? Note that I have html5 enabled.

I have an issue with the tag on the guest author’s archive page.
