Loaded plugin, set options and nothing is added to my nav bar. Why would that be? Does this work with WP3.1?

This seems to be exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work using the popular Suffusion theme. It is possible that it could also be a conflict with some other plug-in too but I’m pretty sure it’s the theme because simply switching to the default Twenty Ten theme makes it work fine. But under Suffusion… nothing at all. The options show up in the control panel but no new menu links appear at all. ??

I have disabled this plugin as I am unsure how to fix the formatting issues I have with it:
The links are not formatted like my other page nav links.. Not sure how to make this use the same formatting..

Too bad because other than this issue FUNCTIONALLY this works perfectly..
