I think it might be something in my setup, but I’m encountering an error. When I use this plugin in test mode,it works fine. However, when I switch to the Live mode, I get a “Customer not found” error. Any idea on what could be wrong?

I think it’s better to remove the email address entered in the email field after a successful execution. It’s a bit bit confusing to see the email address still showing in the box after hitting send and getting a success confirmation.
]]>I have setup the plugin, the API keys, and added customers to the test mode in stripe. When I enter an email address it seems to works and displays this message “The link has been sent to (emailaddress) Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.”
I have tried several times with different test email addresses and made sure to check the spam folders but I never receive the email. I am interested in upgrading to the pro version if I can get this to work. Any help would be appreciated.

However I am unable to find client emails in the system. Every check fails.

I have a paid stripe account and when testing this plugin I get an error message every time that says user cannot be found in stripe.
I have created the secret key and this happens in both live and test mode with known users.
Can you please help me identify where I should troubleshoot?

I am looking around for a solution for our marketplace. The current setup allows Stripe Subscriptions but it doesnt work to update card details and change subscription.
I want to integrate the Stripe Portal but it would be awesome if your plugin had the option to update user meta based on changes on the Portal. I think it has the events to do it and it would mean your plugin is an excellent asset to most membership plugins which generally do a bad job at this.

It seems that the form doesn’t work on mobile device.
When click on submit, the text on submit is gone and nothing else happens. No confirmation message no email received.
It works fine on desktop with Chrome & Edge
I tried with 2 smartphones. 2 Android (Chrome) and 1 iPhone (Safari).
