Hi there,
I have set up a form which has a checkbox option (3 options: parent, practitioner, and other) and mapped it to EN using the Integration for Gravity Forms and Engaging Networks plugin. I’ve tested it several times (double checking that the value in GF is the same as the value in EN) and I’ve also tested it using other checkbox options, but all the tests have failed. The data does not come through.
However, I did create a hidden field which I hard-coded to one option “parent” using the same EN field as above and the data did come through.
Is there an issue with the plugin? Or does it just not like checkbox fields?
Thanks

I’m aware that the plugin has only been tested against WordPress up to version 6.0.3. Can I ask if there’s any plan to test against most recent WP version or any update/advice about resolving this error? Thank you!
]]>Hello,
I’m not sure if this is the issue:
My EN URL is ca.engagingnetworks.app
In settings of the plugin is possible to select only between:
https://www.e-activist.com
https://us.e-activist.com
https://www.e-activist.com was the older URL.
How can I change this?
]]>Can the data flow in the reverse direction? In other words, can data from Engaging Networks be passed into a Gravity form on WordPress?
]]>Hi There
Would like to know if your plugin uses the WordPress XML-RPC services. For security we’d like to turn XML-RPC off in WordPress, though before doing so want to check there’d be no impact on the GF-EN API connection.
Thanks
Simon
]]>Hello,
Our client will be using Engaging Network and wants to track where their donors came from. Will we be able to use this plugin to do that or will our developer need to work more with the API to do that?
Thanks,
Julie
Hi, I think Engaging Networks changed the base url for the api from https://www.e-activist.com to us.e-activist.com. At the very least, they did this for our client’s Engaging Networks account. I’m wondering if we could get a filter for the host url in this plugin so that we can hook and change the url?
]]>Hello, we can’t seem to get the form to submit, we keep getting
GFEN::process_feed(): A valid email address must be provided
every time we try.
]]>I’m trying to set up a very simple “join our newsletter” widget on our website that connects with our Engaging Networks account. I’ve installed this plugin, provided my EN ID and API token. I have created a test form that just has an HTML block and an email field.
Under this form I then go to Settings > Engaging Networks and set up an Engaging Networks Feed. But when Feed Settings load I can see for a flash where the fields may be to link my form field to the EN field but when the page fully loads it is just blank. I see the “Supporter Fields” “Question/Opt In” “Conditional Logic” labels to the left but to the right it is just blank.
I’ve tried in both Safari and Chrome.
Any idea what is happening?
]]>I’ve hooked up everything according the directions but I can’t seem to get the form to actually send anything to Engaging Networks. The form submits without issue, the API key and client ID are setup properly in the backend and it didn’t give me any errors when I set those up so I assume they hooked properly. Any thoughts on what could be happening?
