Hi there,
I gone through the instructions shown here:
https://www.crmperks.com/connect-wordpress-to-infusionsoft/
Once I click save, the status of the connected shows a red ‘x’. On infusionsoft/kept the status of the connected app shows that it is live. Please help, this is a major blocker.
Version of the plugin is: Version 1.1.5
The Gravity forms zapier add on is also active

]]>Every 6 months Keap forces a password change for our Keap account. When this happens our connection no longer works to transfer data from the form our clients fill out on our website to Keap. Once we go into the plug-in and update the Keap password it all works again. Is there any way to set up the plugin so that we don’t have to remember to do this manual edit every six months? I tried to enable access to the API by checking the box under Gravity Forms API Settings. This sent the name and email address of the person filling out our form to Keap, but not the results/details of the form. Thank you for your help.
]]>Will this connect with Keap Pro?
]]>Hi there
I’m trying to connect our Infusionsoft account but it’s not possible unless I choose “Use shared Infusionsoft developer app”. If I try to login after choosing “Use OWN Infusionsoft developer app” and hitting “save changes”, I get an alert saying “Infusionsoft Client ID Changed. Please save new changes first” even though I have already saved changes.
Any idea how I can get this connected without using the shared app please?
thanks
Martin
We have an active subscription to this plugin and need to download a fresh copy for a new site. When clicking on the link, we get the message: “Sorry, this download has expired Go to shop”. My purchase is listed, so there’s no issue with my account, but there is no download link available through your site!
]]>Infusionsoft tags are not currently being applied correctly to entries. It seems this plugin has added an immovable condition to any tags applied to a new form entry. See here.
This condition appears by default and cannot be removed. The tag above it is not being applied.
]]>I’m needing to track affiliate leads. I created an affiliate link in Infusionsoft so the URL has the affiliate id but how do I get that to pass over to Infusionsoft so I can track the opt ins that my affiliates sent over?
]]>Greetings,
How would we send labels with fields we are dumping into a note. Without the label the values are not useful to our lead intake team. Form is long so only basic contact information is being mapped to our IS/Keap contact.
For example, we are using the drop down that selects the field and results in {87}
for example. Can we add attributes or use a Gravity Forms placeholder for example {summary}
?
Thank for you assistance.
Bill
]]>It appears that the connection from WordPress to InfusionSoft through the Gravity Forms Infusionsoft Plugin Settings is broken.
On the plug in settings page, the login is initiated with InfusionSoft, and CRM Perks is allowed Infusionsoft Access.
A test shows a “Settings Changed Successfully” dialog box, but the Status remains a red x with no current connection established.
The InfusionSoft team suggested contacting you here through this form.
They say: we’ve determined is there aren’t any issues on our side with API being able to successfully connect, and also we’re not receiving the request to establish the connection. So it indicates something is going on within the plugin itself
They also suggest: So when submitting the case to gravity forms, what we’ll need from them, if the response from their side is that the issue is on our side, is that we’d need the following that shows the API call they’re making to establish the connection.
– Request Body
– Request Headers
– Response Body

Hello,
I apologize if I missed this reviewing your readme, but I am unable to determine if your basic version supports making api calls to Infusionsoft/Keap. I would like to be able to make an api call to Keap with a call name specified when a form is submitted. Is this feature available in your basic or pro version?
]]>All of a sudden, without any changes being made, we’re having serious issues with the creation of contacts in Infusionsoft. Crucial details are not being mapped and tags are not being applied. The error email we get simply says: “Error while creating Contact (General error)”.
Can you please help urgently?
