Hello,
We have installed the Gravity Form Klaviyo Add-On plugin and added the API key.
When we create a form and go to Klaviyo Feed Settings > Klaviyo List, and select the dropdown, none of our lists appear (nothing appears).
How can we fix this please?
]]>We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out regarding our use of the Gravity Forms Klaviyo Add-On with our WordPress website.
Recently, we received communication from Klaviyo regarding an upcoming update to their API, specifically the retirement of legacy v1/v2 APIs scheduled for June 30th, 2024. While reviewing our integrations, we realized that the Gravity Forms Klaviyo Add-On is an essential part of our workflow, facilitating the seamless transfer of form submissions to our Klaviyo account.
As per Klaviyo’s notification, we understand that this update may impact our integration with Klaviyo if the addon relies on the soon-to-be-retired APIs. However, it’s unclear to us whether the Gravity Forms Klaviyo Add-On will be compatible with Klaviyo’s latest APIs or if any updates are required on our end.
Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in clarifying the following:
Additionally, if there are any steps we need to take on our end to ensure a smooth transition, please provide guidance or instructions.
We greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as we want to ensure continued functionality of our integration with Klaviyo. Should you require any further information or assistance from our end, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you

]]>Klaviyo has announced that they are ending v1/v2 API support and we are still using it for this plugin. Can someone please update this plugin to make it work with the new API?
]]>We are using your Gravity Form’s addon to map submissions/contacts to our Klaviyo account. However, the issue we noticed is that our form has a “Name” field (which can be used for first name, or first and last name). We don’t have separate “First name” and “Last name” fields.
But your plugin requires us to map to Klaviyo’s First Name and Last Name fields. So we’re forced to map “Name” to both of those fields. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/3SSbEi2.png
This causes our contacts to end up getting names like: Jamie Rumsey Jamie Rumsey
Is it possible to fix this? Would you be able to update the plugin to not require a “Last name” field to be mapped? Or at least to let us leave it blank?
In particular, it’s an issue, since when a contact gets an email from our Klaviyo flow, it likely shows their name as doubled (e.g., “Jamie Rumsey Jamie Rumsey”) in the “To” field of the email headers.
]]>Comments were closed on https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/please-update-migrate-to-api-v2-update-tracking-event-and-code-clean-up/ but it seems that KZeni’s last comment would make sense to integrate. Has this been considered? With the end of life for V1 of the Klaviyo API happening this year, I would like to see this plugin updated to reflect those changes when V2 is the norm. Right now this plugin still has first and last names as a required field and those are now both optional within V2 of the API. This undoubtedly has caused confusion on users of this plugin.
Why was https://github.com/efetechnology/Gravity-Forms-Klaviyo/pull/1 never merged into the core?
]]>Thanks for the great plugin!
Can you please add the appropriate capabilities in the GFKlaviyoAPI class so we can better control user access?
]]>https://github.com/efetechnology/Gravity-Forms-Klaviyo/pull/1 is for this plugin to use the v2 of the API as well as handling some code cleanup. It should be a fairly straightforward test & merge process to get this taken care of and then update as a new version for availability via this WP.org listing as well as on GitHub.
This was proposed back in March of this year without any follow-up via GitHub, and I see this plugin is still on its initial release (also, the support forum has had limited activity lately [a response ~1 year ago said things were being worked on while it appears to have not seen any activity since then]). Was this plugin created & abandoned shortly after, or is this just needing a moment to revisit & take care of things?
]]>Hello,
Thanks for the work on this. I was curious as to if you were going to continue to support this or if it would be something we should fork and maintain ourselves. Its an important part of the site and it seems to work wonderfully.
]]>I have created some lists in Klaviyo that are not in the select field (combo) to select it.
I have compared them with those that appear and are exactly the same.
I do not know what else to do so that they appear to select it.
I will appreciate your help
I have multiple lists in Klaviyo.
I’d like to offer my visitor an option to sign-up for one or more lists, such as “Newsletter” and “Special Offers,” etc.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
]]>Is it possible, or could it become possible to add additional fields to map? I have a complex multi-page form that I would like to capture and send to Klaviyo.
Thanks!
