Hello, I am trying to map the fields to the object but it is not finding all of the fields, infact it is only finding 3 (owner ID, GP Practice and Record ID). Is there something that I am missing to make all fields show to be able to map?
Thanks in advance for your help
I have a date field and it value is not stored correctly inside Salesforce. I believe this is because the format sent is 01/May/2024 and the month should be sent in number format (01/05/2024) for the value to reach Salesforce correctly.
I have tried following this: https://community.gravityforms.com/t/change-datepicker-date-format-after-form-submission-resolved/3953 but even though the format do change in the WordPRess entry, it doesn’t change the value sent to Salesforce…
How can I change the month format?

Just to clarify, the field I am trying to map is Account ID (API Name) on the Contact Object in the Integration settings, but Account Name is the field label.

]]>I love your plugin, works great. I’m not sure if this falls into support necessarily, this is more of a feature request.
I’m wondering how I can send partial entries to Salesforce. If the Gravity Forms Partial Entries Add-On enabled you can collect user data as they fill in the form, instead of having to only collect after they’ve submitted the completed form. And it appears as such:
And your postbox “Send to Salesforce” actually does appear there
But I’d prefer if I didn’t have to click “send to salesforce” I’d rather it just send to salesforce as the partial entries come in.
If you can support me with a custom function, I will most definitely upgrade to the full paid version if this is not within the scope of the free version.
Please let me know! Thanks.
Our forms are getting blocked after mapping some fields with the Salesform plugin. After mapping some fields it is not possible to add, edit or delete any form elements anymore.
We saw that there where several issues which looked the same, but where always fixed some time ago.
These are the two errors we get: Uncaught ReferenceError: gf_global is not defined at InitializeEditor (form_editor.min.js?ver=2.6.8:1:1595) Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: gf_vars is not defined at 7536 (scripts-admin.min.js?ver=9c5b5a457956a92df1e606cdc6e4e2ec:1:5656)
We are using:
WordPress 6.1.1
Gravity Forms 2.6.8
WP Gravity Forms Salesforce Pro 1.3.6
Avada Core 5.6
Avada Builder 3.6
Everything else we already deactivated.
Thanks for your help ??
Using Salesforce Essentials Edition
Salesforce Org. ID is correct
Other users were advised that this could be caused by a firewall issue or otherwise blocked by the web server.
We are using Cloudflare, WPEngine and Wordfence.
What specifically should I be looking for to troubleshoot this? WPEngine says they are not blocking it on their end and Wordfence is not showing any blocks.
]]>Hi,
I am facing an interesting issue. We have created a form and mapped fields with SalesForce. Fileds are a mixture of standard and custom fields. However, only part of them are syncing to SalesForce. Maybe you have any ideas where is a problem?
Fields in Question:
Field Label: Web Phone
Field Name: SuppliedPhone
Field Type: text
Field Label: Due Date
Field Name: Due_Date__c
Field Type: date
Field Label: Subject
Field Name: Subject
Field Type: text
p.s. regarding date field, I made sure the date formating is correct with Locale in Salesforce.
Many thanks,
Aiste

]]>Hello,
I would like to connect a form (gravity form) to Salesforce, using the plugin WP Gravity Forms Salesforce Pro (by CRM Perks)
This form contains conditionnal fields.
So in my form editor, a field is repeated several times (with conditonnal), to show different possible answers depending on the previous answer.
My problem is the following :
When I want to connect these conditional fields to the corresponding field on Salesforce, it doesn’t work. Indeed, a Salesforce field can only be connected once.
Do you have any solution ?
I have a form I created in Gravity Forms. I have successfully added my Salesforce credentials to the Gravity Forms Salesforce Plugin Settings screen. It is showing a green arrow for status. However, when I submit the form I am getting an error that says
“No Access to Salesforce API C 2005”. How do I fix this issue?
Hi there!
Is there any way I can link 2 feeds on form submission?
For example, if I have 2 objects in Salesforce (Contact and Opportunity)
One of the field in Opportunity is a field that’s related to the Contact record.
How do I submit a GForm and have the opportunity record submitted to relate it’s contact field to the newly submitted contact record?
Thank you! Looking forward to your answer.
]]>Hi there! Thank you for this awesome plugin, really helps us a lot!
Wonder if there’s any or planned support to get this working with Gravity Form Stripe Add On?
Is it possible to send the feed to Salesforce only if the payment goes through?
https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/stripe/
I have three custom fields (Baby’s Due Date, Mother’s Date of Birth, and Alternate Phone) that I need to map to Web to Case. I can’t figure out how to add them to the feed in order to map them.
]]>We have been using GF/CRM Perks for the past year on our main website without any issues. We had our production and sandbox environments connected.
We recently launched a new website that we would like to connect to our same SF environment. This would make a total of 3 connections which should be no issue after reading the previous posts. Unfortunately, it is giving us the error every time. Are there additional steps required to make multiple wordpress sites connect to SF?
So far we have tried different log ins, and creating a custom app (following these steps https://i.imgur.com/P4SbCJD.png). Both failed. Our original site continues to work without issues but the new site will not connect.

Hello CRM Perks
Great plugin guys. I’m using WP Gravity Forms Salesforce and having an issue with setting up permission set for editions (
1: Enterprise Edition
2: Unlimited Edition
3: Developer Edition
4: Professional Edition)
Could you please let me know what permission set is needed for these editions to be able to integrate SalesForce with the Gravity Form?
I tried logging in with Sandbox, but it throws an error saying “Little Privilege only”. What privilege should be provided to be able to connect?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Alok
The entry was not added to Salesforce because: Error while creating Lead (The HTTP entity body is required, but this request has no entity body.).
Can you help us out on this error, thank you!
]]>We have a GF form with a SF feed that has about 18 fields mapped to a Salesforce Lead Object. When the feed is ON, the form submit takes roughly 9 seconds. When the feed is OFF, the submit is instant, usually over/under 1 second. We’ve tried removing fields 1 by 1 to see if it’s a specific field issue, but it seems no matter what, when the feed is ON, the submit process takes substantially longer. We tried looking through the support boards/threads, but haven’t seen any answers. Any help would be much appreciated.

Does the Salesforce for Gravity Forms plugin allow integration with SalesForce Webform?
Or only with with Salesforce CRM Lead, Contact and Case?

'vxg_salesforce_edit_feeds' => true,
'vxg_salesforce_read_logs' => true,
'vxg_salesforce_export_logs' => true,

'vxg_salesforce_edit_settings' => true,
'vxg_salesforce_send_to_crm' => true,

I have created some hidden fields in my gravity forms to capture the UTM parameters, but there is no option to “Enable Salesforce Field Mapping” for hidden fields. Enable Salesforce Field Mapping option is present for other fields in gravity forms.
Can you tell me how can I map hidden fields in Salesforce???

Can somebody point me in the right direction to completing the task.
Since you don’t provide an icon for the menu item, it defaults to the gear (although it’s blank on the dropdown menu, which i think is a gravity forms issue, which you might want to contact them about).
Can i suggest adding this dashicons-cloud to the following lines in includes/plugin-pages.php
Line 186
$tabs[] = array( ‘name’ => $this->id, ‘label’ => esc_html__(“Salesforce”, ‘gravity-forms-salesforce-crm’) , ‘query’ => array( ‘fid’ => null), ‘icon’ => ‘dashicons-cloud dashicons’ );
Line 253
RGForms::add_settings_page(array(‘name’ => $this->id,’tab_label’ => esc_html__(‘Salesforce’,’gravity-forms-salesforce-crm’),’icon’ => ‘dashicons-cloud dashicons’,”handler”=>array($this, “settings_page”)),array($this, “settings_page”));

]]>Hello all, Im new to the WP forums and am looking for some help with an issue. I have a client whose site is using this gravity form salesforce plugin and have noticed there seems to be an issue when submitting an email to salesforce. If the email is unique, the gravity form redirect seems to work correctly. If the email has previously been submitted, then the page simply reloads with the confirmation message of a successful submission.
I dont have a concrete example of this setup for testing as we are tasked with only determining what the issue is, not fixing it. However, disabling the salesforce integration for a specific form resulted in the redirect working for a known duped email.
I was hoping for some feedback about how this plugin integrates with Salesforce and how various responses may be handled. I know this is a very vague topic, but any suggestion would be helpful.
