Woocommerce order data not coming in GHL contact.. I added GHL tag in edit product page but still data not coming in GHL

Hi, I have the plugin installed in my WP, my GHL location is connected and I see the location ID including the Client ID (Optional) and Client Secret (Optional) I am also able to pull the list with all existing tags, workflows, and campaigns under the GHL Wizard tab in the woocommerce products.

The issue comes when I select a tag to be applied and click update to save it under the product in WP the tag is not saved and when the update/save operation completes and the page refreshes the tag field is just blank again.

I tried to connect/disconnect the location to see if that helped, but it did not. I can also confirm that the contact info on any new order is getting synced/added to the GHL, but it has no tags associated with it or it can’t be assigned to any workflows as they do not save under the products in the WP.

Any help will be appreciated!

We have integrated this module in woocommerce store and connected with GHL account. But after making a purchase, nothing is working and order data is not sending to GHL account

Hi, I don’t see GHL wizar in the product options.

I connected the plug to the GHL connet correctly. When I go into edit product for a secon I see these options, and after a short while it disappears and I don’t see any options.

Is there an option to add a Tag when registering a user on a wordpress site and adding a tag to it for the user’s role?
