Weve noticed that when using the Accordion-Block, sometimes it appears the Block in the Block Editor breaks. Prompting the user to Attempt Block Recovery. While this usually work, its obviously not correct.
It all has to do with the website being a Multisite, when a user thats not a super admin, creates an accordion block, saves the page and then visits the page again (in the admin), the blocks seem to break. This only happens when the user is not a super admin, as soon as I make the user a super admin, the issue resolves itself. However, its not feasible to have every user that uses the Block Editor to be a super admin to all websites under a multisite.

I’m checking the Ghost kit’s capability to develop custom blocks with customisable options. These sections are not something we can create using just Ghost kit, Containing advanced filters and features.

Hi guys.
The CMS editor view of a page with a column set ‘sticky – top’ using your advanced column block renders perfectly.
But when i look at the front-end view of the page the ‘sticky’ column IS NOT sticking – am i missing something here?
Many thanks
]]>Hello,
I want to create an accordion inside another accordion. In principle, it works, but the inner accordion alwys opens and closes together with the outer accordion. When I click on the icon to close the inner accordion the closing animation starts but in the end jumps back to the beginning (so the content of the inner accordion is always visible.
Thanks for your help

]]>Hello,
We are encountering an issue with the Ghost Kit plugin on our multisite network. When editors add blocks to a page or post, the following blocks have a validation error upon publishing / updating:
After the user saves the page, upon refreshing the warning “This block contains unexpected or invalid content”, and “Attempt Block Recovery” does nothing. The following screenshot shows this, as well as the relevant error messages.
When editing the page as an admin, these errors do not occur. I inspected the formatting being saved by admins vs. editors, and the difference can be seen in the screenshot below. The admin’s content is on the left in red, whereas the editor’s content is on the right in green.
We created a fresh WordPress environment with no other plugins and the default theme, and still encountered this issue. It seems to be related to permissions in some manner. We tested it on a single site install of WordPress without issue, so it also appears to be isolated to multisite environments.
This is impacting a large network of our sites, so your assistance is greatly appreciated! Let me know if there is anything we can help answer or troubleshoot.
Ghost Kit version: 3.2.4
WordPress version: Encountered on both 6.4.4 and 6.5.2
After I install the plugin, I can’t edit any post or page. After a longer loading time, I get the error “Site is not available”.
I have tried the following steps:
– Default Theme and no additional plugins
– Another WordPress-installation
– Another Browser (Chrome and Firefox)
– Changing the PHP-Version
– Clearing the Cache
Here is the report from one of my site. Maybe the server-configuration caused the problem. Thanks for your help. I’m looking forward to using the plugin.

]]>Hello Ghostkit support,
The change in effects management in the latest free versions of Ghostkit causes animation/effects errors in certain contexts.
I’ve noticed that when I apply a “Reveal” effect to a basic element (block gutenberg paragraph for example), users of Chrome version 120 naivigators (and edge version 120 too) never see the reveal animation playing at the scroll. It leaves a blank space in place of the content that’s supposed to be animated.
For example, on the first paragraph here: https://contrib.cib.bnpparibas/cib/tackling-the-scope-3-emissions-puzzle/
Can you take a look at this bug that prevents the animations from being used on the content?
Thanks in advance,

]]>The possibility of using Google Fonts is a great feature in Ghost Kit.
But the fonts are fetched from a google server on page creation.
And that results in big legal problems with GDPR in Europe, because the server connection transfers user IP address to Google server.
The only legal option is to serve Google Fonts from own webserver (downloaded from Google once when editing the website).
So, please, add an option to “localize” used Google Fonts (like many other Themes and Plugins had included now).

We’re quite interesting to use Ghost Kit for our clients and were wondering if it’s possible to disable certain features of the plugin that will appear in the sidebar when editing blocks. For example disable “spacing” for some/all block. Is this a feature currently or something you guys are interested in adding in the (near) future?
I’m looking forward to your reply.
Kind regards
P.S. It appears the contact form on your website doesn’t work.
]]>Hi,
I’m using your tabs block for some time now. But with the last updates I can not edit a single tab in Gutenberg anymore. I can edit the tab name. But I can not click on it to open the tab. It always shows the last opened tab. And I also can not change their position inside the main tabs block. I can try to delete a single tab and save the page. But after reload an empty tab is there again.
I tried to deactivate all other plugins but no change.

]]>Hi there,
We are experiencing an issue when saving pages in Gutenberg. If a “ghostkit/button” block is on the page, and an icon was added to the button, then the page doesn’t save and Gutenberg gives us this error message:
Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
If I add the button without an icon, it saves correctly.
I suspect the reason is how the SVG is encoded, but not 100% sure. Can you please check it, too?
Both WP and Ghostkit are the latest versions.
Thanks,

Good afternoon!
I’ve search all around but i can’t find the info i’m looking for (i’ve also try a few things on my own but it doesn’t work).
Is there any event i can use with your carousel to start it manually ? The way it works on our website right now is that the carousel is only on mobile, not desktop. So i can’t use the auto play function in the admin area.
I tried to change the value of data-autoplay on mobile via jQuery but it doesn’t make it start.
You probably understand how it works better than me! ??
Thanks for your help!

Underneath the red checkout button and above the Paypal & Venmo buttons, there is supposed to be Paypal text stating that you can make payments over time rather than pay all at once, however, the Ghost Kit plugin is preventing this text from showing on the cart page.
