Hello,
I am trying to setup a custom order experience page where a user will be redirected to a page with the plugin used as this: [giftup company=”XYZ” product=”ABC” payment=”Square” referrer=”Company1″ promocode=”QWER1″].
I am having troubles with the last two custom parameters, as I don’t see both of them applied on the page. Both parameters were mentioned on More customization options.
Ideally I need those parameters to be set dynamically from the page URL parameters (e.g. via “URL Params” plugin), but at least I need those to work first when defined statically.
Thanks!
]]>Hello,
On the Checkout page of my site, I can’t translate the word “Remove” which allows you to remove the code from the order page if necessary.
I found the ‘remove’ line in the theme’s .pot file. But here it’s the term with the capital r.
I’ve identified that the string is in /plugins/gift-up/view/giftup-cart.php:76.
Could you please tell me how I can translate this term?

]]>Hi,
If a customer uses a discount code at checkout when the plugin option to accept Giftup vouchers at woocommerce checkout is selected it causes a fatal error once payment is taken. The customer then does not see the order complete page or receive their order confirmation email..
This is the error:

]]>Hello,
I would like to change the title ‘Plus d’information’ and also know where to integrate the link that allows the click on the button ‘Plus d’information’ to refer to a URL please.
How do I do it?
]]>Hi there, we’re interested in utilizing your plugin to sell digital gift cards on our website.
When a client purchases a gift card online and comes into our store to redeem it for services, how do we look the client’s balance up and adjust it?
How do customers view their balance and can they ‘recharge’ their virtual gift card?
Thank you!
]]>This is more of a ‘letting people know’ rather than either a complaint or problem with this plugin – I use the Simple Membership plugin and sell both one time and recurring plans for my membership site (or rather will when it launches), and I have been trying to find a way to offer some kind of gift or coupon or similar, and thought I had found it with GiftUp. However I have discovered that the Stripe checkout built into SM does not allow for coupon codes to be entered, and for that to work I would have to install another plugin, but that plugin requires also buying an add on for recurring subscriptions! That plugin also has a few negative reviews and apparent problems.
If anyone out there knows how to implement GiftUp with Simple Membership so they can work together, whether through custom code or a different plugin I would love to know as I like the GiftUp service and have already set everything up, assuming (foolishly) that the Stripe aspect would work, but SM just doesn’t provide anywhere for a code in checkout. I have looked at countless membership plugins but all of them have at least one thing either missing that I need or require buying add ons, something that is just not possible for me at present. Appreciate any help that is offered, but the main purpose of this is to let people know of the incompatibility, so no one else wastes as much time as I have!
]]>How to set minimum cart value
]]>Hello, how are you ?
I have a trouble about the payment page. On this link : https://ewingpublication.fr/paiement/ I would like to add a gift card generated by Gift Up! plugin, but I cannot be able to add this into the following short code “[woocommerce_checkout]”. So I have to insert the Gift Up! plugin down.
How is it possible to set the plugin Gift Up! into the WooCommerce Checkout.
Thanks a lot !
]]>I notice that Gift Up takes credit card details on my site. Does that bring me into PCI scope? This is something that I want to avoid at all costs.
]]>Is it possible to have Gift Up function on a “pay page” endpoint?
The URL would be in the format “/checkout/order-pay/{ORDER_ID}”
Doesn’t appear to work by default, any advice would be appreciated.
]]>I’ve followed all the directions and have triple checked, but am still stumped.
Setting up the gift cards & having them appear on the site was a snap, but there is no way for the customer to enter the gift card during checkout.
FYI using woocommerce.
What am I missing?
TIA!
]]>We’re unable to show your checkout
You have not completed all the required Gift Up! account set up steps yet, so we cannot show the gift card checkout.
Alternatively, please enable test mode in your Gift Up! dashboard to preview the checkout and place a test order.

Do you offer dokan multivendor integration? By this I mean the vendors can create gift cards from their dashboard too.

I am getting a payment “error has occurred” when I get to the end pay button. my stripe successful page is giving a “form submission error”. Can I get some help.
]]>Hi guys!
Hope you are well
We try setup your plugin WP Gift Voucher on our site https://elfzhou.divertdigital.com/gift-voucher/
We had an error at the last step of the payment (we use stripe) 500 Internal Server Error wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
We tried to use both real and test stripe keys, but this does not solve the problem.?
This problem may be due to the fact that we are using the free version of the plugin, although you did not say this anywhere in the description and the payment should work?
This is our old project, so we have the following versions:
WooCommerce Version: 2.6.2
WordPress Version: 4.5.3
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: 3.0.2
PHP Version on Server: 5.6.30
We can see from your description that your plugin supports these versions, as it is important for us to stay at these points. Otherwise, we will have more problems with other plugins when updating.
If to solve this issue, be sure to buy the pro, let us know and we will buy – it is not the problem for us.
We will be grateful for a quick response since we need to have time to launch this plugin before the holidays so that our client can use it
Many Thanks!
]]>Hi!
I’m looking into this plugin for a client.
We just need clarification on the fees incurred.
I see UP charges a fee of 3.49% per transaction. Does the owner of the website also incur the Strip or PayPal charge?
If so, this would make it a 7% or so total cost, correct?
We look forward to your response,
Cheers!
Hi,
We are using WooCommerce, when a customer redeems a Giftup Gift card this shows correctly and removes the price of the gift card from the cart. However when the customer then checks out, they are charged again by Stripe for the gift card on their credit card.
Any ideas as to why this is occurring – we tested the checkout earlier and did not have this issue and have now bought $1000’s worth of Gift Cards and can now not hand out to customers to redeem as they would get charged for these when redeeming?
Cheers

So, we are a customer of yours and we are having serious issues because you are using api_key, instead of something like giftup_api_key. Yours keeps overwriting another plugin that uses api_key, and vise a versa. Could you PLEASE change this to something that is UNIQUE to you?
]]>Hi, Good to see this plugin but have a query which needs clarification.
I have a situation when WooCommerce Store is selling Gift Cards issued by other service providers like Video Streaming, VPN and other Pro Services.
The question that how can I use this plugin to set up the sale i.e. Entering the Gift Card Coupons, Selling them and sending Email for 1 of specific type and Removing it from Available Coupons attached to a specific type/ Virtual Product..
Hi I was wondering could this be used to sell certificates that have no value. That is they are just an award that someone presents to you. ?
