I love that VillaTheme offers this useful plugin for free – however… on their forums, they pride themselves on quick (24h) response time and the bug I reported twice was not looked at. I switched from a different Gift Certificate plugin to this one – as this one is simple to get running and use, with fun features however if someone buying a GC wants to have it future sent for tomorrow and it is 7pm or later, the GC will automatically send immediately. Further, after 7pm, the sender cannon select to send same day (immediately) BUT once you select next day, like I said, it will send immediately anyway. This poses a bad experience for the person wanting to send tomorrow and it goes today AND the person wanting to send today but is forced to ‘send tomorrow’. I wish this could be fixed.

There was an issue with expiry date not displaying, posted the issue, follow up was quick and fix was implemented. Nothing more than great support from the VillaTheme team.

Possibilities with this plugin are endless, it’s the only giftcard plugin that works well for instore exchange of giftcards. Used it for a gardening center. Also you can design your own giftcard and just place all the details on top of it, perfectly aligned.

I am so pleased with this plugin! So glad I discovered it. It works seamlessly and is exactly what I was looking for. Their support team is so helpful whenever you have a question or concern and respond promptly! Thanks a lot to Angela who has helped me so much throughout whenever I had a question. I recommend you to get this plugin right now! Nothing beats this one! I love the fact that you can also attach a PDF voucher/gift card in the mail and can fully customise your pdf and the email that is sent out. 5 stars for GIFT4U. I am so pleased
