Since a few days the gigasliders on my website don’t load anymore. All I see is a continuous wheel indicating there’s something loading.
I run the latest version of WP (5.5.1), all my apps are up to date. I cannot find any other mention of this problem on the internet so I’m hoping you can help me.

Images work and even youtube url’s work.
I hit the vimeo or other url dropdown and then…….nothing. there are no fields to input any info.

Is this slider supporting resolutions below 480px? Because as I can see, it stops resizing below that resolution as it keeps the same height (as on 480px) and just keeps resizing width which causes cropped images. I need my slider to work on 320px. As far as I can see, the problem is not in my CSS so I am checking out to see what is the official minimum resolution this slider supports?

I recently installed your slider, I’ve placed the shortcode in my custom theme. The problem is that it keeps showing the loading symbol and my gallery doesn’t appear at all.
Using google chrome, server environment is local and the console says this:

]]>I’m using version 1.0.0.8 to tryout first before I buy.
My images are sized to 300px high by 400px wide. I set the height to 300 in the Slider Options. When I view the images on the page they are enlarge and part of the image is cropped. Do I have a setting somewhere wrong or is this the way it is?

it throws javascript error in developer’s chrome panel
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).rc_camera is not a function
i suppose it happens , because it includes scripts before jquery script become added to page.
How to fix it?

]]>I installed Giga Slider on a website using the SuevaFree theme. I created a new slider and tried to display it on the site using both Shortcode on the homepage and PHP in the header, but neither worked.
]]>I installed the plugin, created a photo gallery, placed the code into my post. When I update the post the slider works, but then it does not stay up. The code is still on my page though. I have to update the post again, then it will reappear, only to disappear once again after I leave the page then return to it.

is it possible to fit in image height in a slider? Maybe some custom code is required? My images are cropped on top and bottom, when the slider is in fullsize width.
