Unfortunatally I have to remove this plugin. It is throwing errors on several sites. Empty grey screen with “WordPress > Error” in the page title.
This is in both the site as the WP back-end.
After deactivating all plugins and enabling them one by one the cause appears to be in GM Block Bots.
I no longer can use this on .pl site and will have to look into other sites. .fr also is giving same error. Perhaps more sites with will.
]]>Hey, guys!
As much as I appreciate your work on this plugin, I don’t like your approach of blocking entire countries for a few bad apples. Can you please reconsider it?

I would add a pull request to your repo but I couldn’t find the repo.
Hope this helps

Hi,
No more update since 4 months and a lot of new spam websites.
Is this plugin deserted ?
Thank you
I’m testing various bot-blocking plugins in conjunction with my caching plugin (WP Super Cache). It seems like the when the caching plugin is active, the bot-blocking plug won’t work. This makes intuitive sense. Is there a way to get these two plugins to work together?
Thanks.
]]>Some (all?) of these are not on your blocked list yet. They look pretty suspicious.
Thanks for blocking these!
[ Redacted, please do not post spammy sites and domains in these forums. Perhaps pastebin.com instead? ]

I believe this would make your plugin the best available. As is, the crooks just keep adding domains and we keep waiting for updates.
thank you for the plugin
]]>I installed GM Block bots yesterday and since then have been getting a 500 internal server error.
Any tips on running this plugin so that I can use it (I do love the functionality)?
This from my server host: “it is one of your plugin that you’ve just installed today that is actually consuming the PHP memory limit, resulting to the 500 internal server error” (later identified as GM Block Bots

I has problems in the past days with Adsense and Sucess-seo and then I enabled this plugin

]]>Hi! I installed the plugin about a month ago. In the referral section of Google Analytics, it’s still showing the following sites:
floating-share-buttons.com
get-free-social-traffic.com
site6.free-floating-buttons.com
free-social-buttons.com
chinese-amezon.com
https://www.Get-Free-Traffic-Now.com
https://www.event-tracking.com —-plus a few more.
Are those “ghost” referrals that need to be filtered in Google Analytics?
Thanks very much!
]]>Hello!
Do you have the plugin hosted on GitHub? I would like to sent pull requests from time to time with new domains to block.
I tried posting a topic here multiple times with the domains in questions but all I got was a blank page. I guess those shady websites triggered a spam filter and my topics ware dropped.
Best regards,
Eusebiu
PS: Please consider adding the GitHub repository on the Description tab.
]]>Hello!
Here are a few more websites to block:
– free-floating-buttons.com
– how-to-earn-quick-money.com
Besides those domains I can see in my Analytics other referrals already on your block list but I presume they are ghost referrals.
If it makes a difference, here they are:
– darodar.com
– hongfanji.com
– chinese-amezon.com
– event-tracking.com
– free-social-buttons.com
– floating-share-buttons.com
– get-free-social-traffic.com
– get-free-traffic-now.com
Have just installed your plugin. Thanks for making it. These are suggestions for more sites to block:
sexyali.com
get-free-social-traffic.com
chinese-amezon.com
erot.co
hongfanji.com
Hello,
I still receive in my GA referrals from https://www.event-tracking.com after. I installed the plugin about 2 weeks ago. What can be the reason?
Kind regards,
